Order 2 wedges and Stromboli. The Stromboli was made great. The wedges where made very sloppy bread was hard , put together wrong . When to see Manger they said that they didn’t have one there. I also asked how long my food was done when I pick it up and they couldn’t tell me. I don’t know who the new owner is bit it still sucks.

Ny daughter and I stopped here for lunch after shopping for the morning and ordered 2 medium pizzas and half dozen wings. The pizza was great as always and i love how the wings were decent sized with breading and lots of mild sauce. The order we placed was very quick for just showing up and we plan on eating here again soon.

I ordered a chicken fry salad. Some of the lettuce was brown and slimy. There was 4 fries on it, no cheese, and a couple pieces of chicken and vegetables. 11 dollars for a gross salad that was thrown in the garbage. It took an hour and 20 minutes for them to deliver.

I have lived in Smithfield for 33 years. Been here my whole life and I have been eating at this fox’s location for the lifetime of this franchise. Whoever owns this place has really run it into the ground service wise. We ordered a big pizza that took 2 hours and after that long I had to call and come pick up the pizza myself because they couldn’t have it delivered right down the road for over 2 hours. Once I got to the store the employee argued with me on whether my pizza was there even though he just told me that it was. I could see my pizza in the back. After 10 minutes he finally realized it was there and gave it to me. Through this process I was hung up on twice. I will not be ordering from here ever again. Congrats new owners. You just lost all those years of dedicated customer support. If you do not make changes to your staff immediately you will go under

I ordered 2 steak hoagies mac&cheese bites cheese sticks and three orders of fries. One steak hoagie had no mayonnaise the other had enough on it for 4 hoagies fries, Mac & cheese and cheese sticks were cold after paying 60.00 for cold food just sums it up for me that I will not be getting any more food from Fox’s frozen pizza shop.

This place is so disrespectful. I ordered said it would take 30 minutes. I live 15 minutes away. They took 2 hours no pizza. Call in said they could not find the place said they would be at my house 30 minutes another hour passes. So 3 hours later got my food. Pizza was cold and the mac and cheese bites were the worst. I could make better at home. Not to mention when I called a third time for my food a manger screamed its on its way without my name or concern. I don’t complain but this is disgusting.

The food is good if you can get it. Whoever owns this place obviously could careless because the service there is not just bad but consistently bad. delivery is late they take the phone off the hook at 830 so they don’t have to take any orders when they close at 9 ( hey guys I heard you laughing it up in the background ). Orders are wrong. Get a hold of your buisness people, it may not matter now but if someone moves in thats decent it will matter and it might be to late.
