Incredibly slow. Over 2 minute pauses at the drive through. I’d tell them I want a certain bread, 2 minutes later they’d ask what kind of cheese. So I’d answer and 2 minutes later they’d ask what veggies. There was no one inside, I know because I eventual just parked and walked inside. The person making the food was just lazily playing on her phone

They literally STOLE from me.. I just bought food here, two of the pizza I ordered were super messed up like someone had shaken the box. So I came back into get it remade. They took my pizza and told me they couldn’t remake it. They wouldn’t give me the pizza back i paid for. Also would not give me a refund. Check the photo in the photo option

The subway guy was slow af , attended the front last since he had other orders. The cashier at the front of shell asked for my I.d cause my card runs credit but it’s a prepaid card but never asked before. Hopefully they get trained with proper customer service

Do not go here. Unless you have 15-20 minutes to wait in line. They take drive through orders above walk in traffic. When I asked why she’s taking call orders in front of everyone, as it was the 6th sandwich made for them as I waited, she rudely replied “it’s a headset, not a phone”. I then started to ordern, and she told me she was going to upcharge me for bacon…on the “chicken bacon ranch melt”. Say what? Is bacon not in the title of the sandwich? That was my last straw, so I said forget it, and walked out and told her that is never come back. (To which she replied “NEVER COME BACK”. ) The management must be terrible here to let this thing happen. She should be fired immediately. Don’t ever go to this subway.

One of the worst Subway locations I’ve ever been to. On every occasion they’ve been out of ingredients, and also apparently out of hospitality. No worker that I’ve come across here has been friendly or helpful. Take my advice and go to a different location or even a different competitor!
