Cosi’s food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Their location downtown is fantastic. But the real reason this place is a gem is their exceptional staff. They treat their customers like family, and are patient, kind, and always smiling. They are great at their jobs. The staff works quickly and does customized orders and whatever else they can to give the customer a positive experience. I enjoy chatting with the staff whenever I’m there. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
