Went in the store to get something to eat. Looked at the sign and it says closed at 9 pm. They had a cart that says restrooms for customers only. The lady behind the counter had a customer and I asked if I could use the restroom and I would order when I came out. She said no I’m closing and this is at seven pm. I ordered my food tried to sit down and eat and she through a fit because I was gonna eat and she wanted to close. There is no sign that says closing early today. If you can’t do your job find somewhere else to work

This is absolutely the best Subway in Hobbs. The hours have fluctuated but is due to pandemic prevention measures. Subway gives customers several ways to make & receive orders such as the mobile app– which links you to special discounts , customers can use a delivery agency such as delivery.com ( I believe ), the newest addition would be curbside pickup. they do offer inside dining as well. With the seating arrangements is a prompt for customers to turn over when finished indicating the table/booth needs to be sanitized– I found this a brilliant idea. Refills are not permitted. The company does also strongly recommend masks upon entrance. The employees are generally good and well trained. The current manager is exceptional– welcoming, fast service, and deservingly recognized as Mr. Subway.

Subway has always been good to me. A great place for a good sandwich and the food never fails to satisfy. At times it can be a little pricey depending on the type of sandwich you order but its a good value for what you are getting. The service is usually good, however I have witnessed employees lounging around when there is a long line of customers. They always have a good attitude though which is nice.

This place is DISGUSTING. The bottles aren’t washed out when the sauces are empty, they just refill it. Don’t get tea from here whatever you do, the containers aren’t cleaned. Nozzles are full of mold and mildew, manager yelled at me for cleaning them. Not to mention worked here for 2 weeks they refused to pay me, I came in multiple times to get my check, no one knew where it was every time. Never payed me. I wouldn’t even eat here when I worked here because the place is so nasty.

I gave it 3 stars because although a lot of the times I go there the service is good only one employee makes it good. If he’s not there the service is poor. I went when there was a staff meeting and someone not in uniform went behind the counter to make one of my sandwiches. She did not wash her hands, wear a hairnet or have clean clothes. She looked like she’d been sweating and she had to throw out my sandwich because she got hair in it. When I went to fill my drink only water came out of the tea dispenser and when I asked about it the employee rolled her eyes before coming to help. I think I would have to come only when the male employee is working.

We go there because this Subway has really friendly employees and usually have all the selections we want. However, this day they had run out of several items as the food truck had not arrived yet. There was a trainee who’s Spanish accent made her extremely difficult to understand, she didn’t speek loud enough for us to hear her. We had to have her repeat herself the entire time.

My Subway app got hacked. I got a notice of a large meal that was ordered from my app from this Subway. I quickly called them and asked that they please cancel the order and they refused saying they already made the sandwiches. Pretty greedy. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges.

Service could be so much better with happy and smiling employees. If you’re not happy to be there working, just don’t be there and make the company lose business and money. Food is always good tho.
