Horrible experience, I will only come back to see how it is again and rate them q star again if I have to wait 30 minutes for my to go order while they focus ONLY ON MOBILE ORDERS I managed a wendys in Tennessee, this is not how business is supposed to be done, guests in the lobby and drive thru are a priority number 1, my burgers were old and stale I spent 40 dollars worst wendys I’ve been to in a very long time, my wife got a salad and the croutons were just a fine powder in the bottom of the bag this is horrible the fries were older than 30 minutes cause we were in there that long and I watched them not stir them result them or even make new ones and throw out the old ones. This is very bad and I will be letting my wife make a rating on this place also if this is not corrected.

Waited 1 hr in drive through today at 4:00 plenty of people “working” ordered 2 jr bacon bundles for 8 a piece with ranch and 2 chocolate frostys. Paid 21 received 1 meal and 1 frosty. Worker was not paying attention while taking the orders and looked very intoxicated. 0/10 do not recommend and the food was HOURS OLD fried cold and stale. Worst Wendy’s experience ever I want my money back!!!

I usually don’t leave one‑star reviews, but this Wendy’s really missed the mark. I stopped in hoping for a quick, decent meal, and everything just felt off from the moment I walked in. The dining area didn’t look very clean, several tables still had trash on them, and the drink station looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in a while.

My order took longer than expected, and when I finally got it, the food was barely warm. The fries tasted old, and the sandwich looked like it had been thrown together in a rush. I get that fast food isn’t supposed to be perfect, but this was below even basic expectations.

The staff didn’t seem rude, just completely disengaged — no greeting, no energy, just going through the motions. For a place that’s usually pretty reliable, this visit was disappointing enough that I won’t be back to this location anytime soon.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. This is the worsts fast food place I’ve ever been too. Took 10 minutes to take my order and there wasn’t even anyone in line. Then took another 20 minutes after I paid. And the attendant was rude and shouldn’t be there if she hates her job so much. Will not be returning here. Terrible terrible terrible .high recommend you keep driving past it

I recently visited the Wendy’s located at 740 N Main St, Summerville, SC 29483, and had a great experience. I placed my order through the Wendy’s app and picked it up inside the restaurant. Everything was simple and smooth from start to finish.

What impressed me the most was how quickly my order was ready and how accurate it was—exactly as I requested. The food had great flavor, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the music playing in the background made for a very pleasant dining atmosphere. It was truly enjoyable to sit and eat inside.

Great job to the team at this Wendy’s location!

Honestly one of the most pathetic drive through experiences I’ve ever had. Despite only two cars ahead of me and minimal guests in the building, it took over 20 minutes to receive my food, with half of that time being at the window. Fries weren’t fresh, no straw in the bag, wrong drink, and customer service with less personality than granite. Can’t recommend coming to this location for any reason, as the food isn’t fast and it isn’t satisfying either.

Literally the worst location in town. I’ve been there twice, 2 weeks ago and then today. My visit 2 weeks ago they messed up my son’s burger and then questioned his food allergies in the most egregious way I’ve ever experienced. Today, they again put cheese on his burger and we politely asked for them to remake its they peeled off the cheese and handed me back the burger with strips of cheese still all over the meat. I truly hope this place gets shut down. The level of audacity and blatant lack of care is atrocious. Shame on that person in the drive through on both of these occasions. You should really consider a new career path that doesn’t involve interacting with other humans or anything with a pulse.

When You go there at 10pm they are playing in the store. They can’t ever get your order right and they are very disrespectful people. I don’t think they have a night manager and if they do the manager doesn’t care. I had to have my order remade 3 times one night and then tonight they didn’t make it correct and was playing all over the food. I won’t be back at night anymore this is the last time. They really need to do better. When I worked at wendys they didn’t let you do all that playing and being disrespectful to people and there orders. It’s sad we don’t have good service anymore.

Soda machine sprayed soda on us.
Hamburgers were cold to touch, and the cheese wasn’t at all melted. French fries and chicken nuggets were good. The younger people working there were amazing and tried to help the customers .

We order on Uber eats a decent amount.. we have stopped ordering from Wendy’s so much due to constant issues. A month ago we ordered and 4 different drivers went to pick up order and canceled pickup due to issues at the restaurant. We waited 2 hours until I canceled and I went to pickup food from somewhere else.
Tonight we ordered and only received 1/2 of our order. Driver was willing to go back and manager told us there was nothing they could do about it. I needed to address with Uber. This last one happens often when we order. Everytime we order from them we regret it. We will no longer be ordering from this Wendy’s.
