Granted we walked in 20 min to closing, but the guy didn’t even reply when we greeted him. He turned away them back around and said, “I thought I was closing but I guess not” we said it’s ok we’ll go somewhere else so you can close , and we left.

I went in with my child wasn’t greeted he gave me a dirty look instead (Whatever right). I said HI I was in the best mood ever. (I work in customer service) I asked a few questions about the special got the most rude responses he made me want to cry while ordering. The moment I gave a rude response he told me to leave and denied me service. I did not do anything wrong. If you come at a child aggressively being an adult don’t expect the mom to be nice about it. This guy is the most rude person owner or whoever he is that I have ever encountered. If I could give zero stars I would. And corporate should really take a look at the image this guy is giving Subway. Horrible person and terrible service!

The employee with tattoos on his neck really expresses how feels working in a customer service environment. Perhaps the most rudeness worker I’ve ever seen. This guy was tossing people change on the counter, slamming oven doors and would cut off people when asked what they wanted and respond with a bad attitude. I immediately walked out as I didn’t want to get helped by this individual. I get it. We all have bad days but you don’t treat people this way. I’m sure I’m not the only one who caught this as there was other customer in the store witnessing the same thing

I ordered through the app for a pick up time of 7:15pm. I arrived at 7:30om to pick up my order. The one worker there did not have it ready. On top of that I waited for him to help the three customers ahead of me and he didn’t even finish making one sandwich in the 30 mins I waited for my order. I’m pretty sure he was on drugs because he kept nodding out and like I said, he couldn’t finish making a single sandwich. I asked him if there was a place I could just grab my order since the app said it was ready, but I think he said it wasn’t done because the machine was down (I couldn’t really tell what he said because he was slurring his words). I never received my order before the store closed at 8pm and would like a refund. This experience makes me never want to eat at a subway again.

Sandwich was poorly prepared. I received spinach that I didn’t order, the toppings were poorly spread out and in the wrong amounts. The onions were cut too thickly, which is strange because the peppers were fine. I say this all as a former Subway employee. The employee who took my order was nice, but didn’t even ask if I wanted sauces on my sandwich, if I wanted contactless pickup, or if I wanted anything to go with the sandwich.

On April 16 2021 at 430 pm. The guy behind the counter was slamming trays did acknowledge I was there until 5 min pass by and he said I’ll be with in a few minutes at this time he kept slamming trays. He family was ready to take my order and he didn’t have but only 2 types of bread and they where burnt. I ask fo ingredients he didn’t have anything. I told ok we will go somewhere else. He got mad and started threatening me. He told us never to come again. I never felt so scared in my life. He didn’t not want to be there. Can not believe subway would hire this type of person.

Staff is friendly sometimes… every time I come here they are always out of something. Half the time they are out of bowls for the protein bowl. They always have to restock something and it delays the process. I’m not sure if this is due to being understaffed or poor prep but this issue needs to be addressed with management.
