This has to be the worst Subway in the company . So when I go in and order a sandwich, I get at all other subways , I’m told they can’t make it without heating all the ingredients at once as it toasting with cold veggies . Then they don’t put the proper amount of meat in the sandwich everytime and I have to argue with the “artist” to make it correctly . I walked out today after having the sandwich come out of the toaster because the lettuce was not good , lettuce is not suppose to have a red tint or edges to it . The cucumbers had bits of jalapenos in it where the workers dropped them in and just left. The spinach was welted and some of the tomatoes had green color to them . The tables there usually have at least one mess never picked up . The only reason I go here . Not any longer is it is 20 seconds from my work and can walk there .. but I will drive now 5 miles away to go to a better one and so should you .

Walked in to very loud music. Employee behind counter yelling across to employee who walked in with me about a employee issue. No greeting, did not make sandwich correctly and no thank you. 444 needs some training.

The music is way to loud to understand people without raising your voice. I’m all for blasting up some good tunes but in an establishment like this I find it very irritating. The tuna sub had a questionable taste and smell. There were no clean tables or booths. The only reason I’m giving it two stars instead of one is because the female worker who helped with my sandwich was very kind and respectful.

Came in with a coupon. Didn’t get to actually use it. They told me the coupon doesn’t cover the sub that I ordered. The cashier charged me for a turkey sub, but added on bacon and something else. It ended up being about the same price as regular, The sub was ok, I would expect better for the price I paid. It seemed like they were murmuring under their breaths behind the counter after me and my son sat down to eat. They kept staring at us too, kinda uncomfortable.

I was at this store on 11/9 at 6:20pm. The 2 guys working had most everything broke down as if they were closing w/in next 1/2 hour. Condiments usually over ice was set behind that by where oven was. No soup, no cookies! It was as if they closed at 7pm and not 9pm. The one kid acted as if we were interrupting him “closing up”. I will be calling Mgr tomorrow and asking for corporates number if I don’t find it tonight! Very disappointed as I have had good experiences up until tonight. The fact they had the veggies/condiments OFF the ice is a MAJOR health hazard!! Wished I would have thought to take pics. I did ask them if they knew the store number and neither knew! This was at the 2700 W Baseline Rd

My mother raves about the excellent customer service she received from Laurie at this Subway store. She recently came here for a special catering order for a senior community event, and Laurie took the time to listen to my mom’s specific needs for how the sandwiches were divided. The catering order turned out perfect, and the sandwiches were beautifully prepared. Plus, the shop gave my mom a nice bulk order discount, which was an extra bonus. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my mamacita!

I forgot my wallet with the pay of a whole job and the salaries of my boys and this young man I keep it and I wait for him to return for it .. I had recently went to this location and the girl with the dark tight bun on top of her head was acting a bit strange. She was very rude towards me and also toward her employees. She looked like the manager to me, and should not be responsible for this location with that attitude. The place was dirty and all the tables had crumbs and couldn’t even enjoy my food on a clean neat surface. The tea tasted old and cookies were hard, definitely would not recommend supporting this location. Wouldn’t want to see what the back looks like…

I went to this location because the hours posted closing at 9:30pm. I get there just after 7:30pm and order one of the new speciality sandwiches. Asked if I want it how it’s listed on the menu and say yes and then they start making the sandwich and item after item that is supposed to be on it they don’t have because they put it away for the night and per the employee Joey “we have it but it would be a waste to pull it back out to make the sandwich”. The other employee working was complaining that customers were coming in because they were closing soon. Again this was roughly 2 hours before their posted closing time. Then I was charged the price of the specialty sub even though they couldn’t make it the way its listed on their menu.

Absolute best experience for Subway takeout I’ve ever had. I used the online ordering system, and it didn’t come through, so after the employee and manager verified my order with my confirmation code, they went about putting my order on first priority to be finished. They treated me with great attention and kindness. Will definitely be returning!
