Every time I place an online order, something is messed up. This time we confirmed one of our sandwiches had extra sauce like requested in the online order. “If you ordered it that way it will be made that way” we were told. I unfortunately took their word for it, only to get home to basically no sauce on my sandwich.
If you are not ordering in person, don’t bother at all. The attention to detail at this location is non existent.
Was just there on Wednesday the 12th, 2023, just wanted to update my review and say that Chelsie was still working there and helped me with 3 subs. I just love the way the subs were wrapped in paper and they put the stickers on nice so that the papers would not unravel. The ingredients on the sub line looked amazing and spotless! Thanks again for your customer service and keeping the bathrooms clean and only for use for customers!

Wow, this place today around 4:15 p.m. was super clean and organized! Chelsie helped me with my order and everything was super organized in the window, I have never seen tomatoes stacked with such precision and attention to detail. The meats were all folded nicely, the bacon and cheeses all looked super fresh. Everything was super clean and the tables to sit at too had no crumbs and the bathrooms were clean and locked for customer satisfaction. Great work Chelsie and the staff at this location.

The staff is nice but just a few sandwiches short of a picnic. When you try to order with more than one word, they get confused. Slow is another issue. They can’t be motivated to make a sandwich with any haste.
Overall, there’s other Subways nearby. Skip this one. It’s not good.
Subway is advertising a BOGO for $1 footings if you’re a VIP member (which I am) but when you try to use the code it says invalid.
So I call to ask why it’s not working and all they can say is it’s when you use the website or the app (which I was) but they don’t know anything about the app and they don’t know anything about the app.
I’m not going to fall for a company that already way overcharged for their food to lure me in and then not honor their deal.
So we just have to go somewhere else for our food or just not eat.
Thanks Subway, no background checks for your spokespeople and now the bait and switch. Typical.
