I ordered 3 tacos what means I paid for 3 and I gave tip to for the last freaking time and if u look at the picture u can clearly see only two and funny thing I asked for a receipt and she said sorry we ran out of paper this was ok but one taco short ♂️ ♂️freaking kids I don’t know how they still have jobs.!!! Pls ppl check ur orders before you walk out

Stopped here with the fam for linner (late lunch/early dinner) before getting back on the road to Reno. The food was tasty and we enjoyed eating outside on their patio. They have plenty of outdoor seating. The tables were clean and all had pretty umbrellas.

Last minute choice- ran in order chicken taquitos ,bean and cheese burrito and 3 steak street tacos with beans and chip. $32 later and th street tacos were disgusting not sure exactly what they did wrong but bad taste and meat was way to chewy,the corn tortillas used tasted awful! The chicken in the taquitos was in a mushy state, again not sure what happened to it but not looking or tasting like chicken….the chips were stale . I did enjoy the bean burrito although I thought I was getting a regular one, instead a ginormous size 8$ basic bean cheese burrito was given….I wish I had something better to say here. Even the table I sat at while waiting for the order to go was sticky!! Seriously if your going to charge 14$ for 3 street tacos and a salsa container of beans- you need to give BETTER quality in your food…..

The restaurant was DIRTY. Not messy, but deep dirt. All of the tables were sticky and dirty. I pulled out an airline wipe from my purse to wipe our table, and it turned black. The salsa bar was a mess. We did not get salsa because it was so disgusting. One of the neighboring tables asked for a rag to wipe their table, and the waiter at the register handed their kid a rag to wipe it himself. It was not the Rubios it once was. My tacos were dry and unappetizing. My beans cold. It appears the place is being run by kids who do not have the experience required for such an establishment.

Rubio’s is one of my favorite chains. The food is delicious and it is not at all hard to eat a healthy meal with the freshest ingredients and interesting flavor combinations. I especially love the bowls. Although the tacos are also very tasty. And it is nice to see the salsa bar back. This restaurant was clean and staffed with cheerful and efficient employees.

I found what seems to be part of a tooth in my salad. Bit down on it and almost broke my own tooth. So disgusted I can barely explain. Needless to say none of us could touch our food after this. This was after there was no dressing on my salad, it smelled strange and there’s barely any chicken on it. I’ve always loved Rubios and the food has always been very good. Today it just was all wrong. And the service was super slow even though there was hardly anyone there. The cashier was very nice and helpful but the rest was not good.

Always super fresh and tasty food! Burritos are a bit expensive but worth it. Very clean place and plenty of elbow room. Only negative: the music is way loud.
