I usually don’t bother commenting on bad experiences but this one is worth mentioning. I waited in line 25 minutes with my daughter to get her a sandwich. When we walked in there were only 2 people in front of us, yet somehow it took 25 minutes to get their sandwiches made. It was so bad customers turned to us and apologized for taking so long and it wasn’t a complicated order. The employee never acknowledged our wait until I said something, then replied with oh yea we’re kinda busy. We go to this Subway often but from now on if we see this employee there, we’ll go somewhere else, it was that bad.

Customer service at this location is the worst. Sometimes the door is locked. You never know if they’re going to be open because they do not follow the hours listed. It’s definitely a hit and miss for this location.

A cheese Flatbread pizza was ordered for delivery using the Subway app. It was not included in the order that was delivered. I will not be using the Subway app ever again. Instead, I will be using Doordash because they can rectify errors. Using the Subway app was a mistake I will not be making again!

So clearly the staff wanted to get out an hour early, the open sign was off at 8:10pm, so I walked in door was unlocked, they looked unhappy. I ordered 3 sandwiches and and it took 20 minutes, the guy was clearly super slow, on purpose I’m sure.I ordered a drink and they said it was out of order, clearly it wasn’t, they just cleaned it, and didn’t want it to be used, super rude! With attitude won’t be back to this location!

The woman making my sandwich was clearly on drugs. She was acting very strange and kept dropping toppings and then putting them back on the sandwich. When I asked her to toast the sub, she nearly dropped the entire sandwich on the floor. When I left, she began screaming frantically at an employee. I should not have eaten the food she prepared, but I was hungry and had to go to work, so I ate it and within a few hours I began feeling ill.

When I managed this store… they would make us take employee tips to pay for any money that was short and would be paid out on a weekly basis. Paid me $10 an hour. Also wouldn’t get paid if we had to borrow something from a store. Like had to waste my gas and time. Crooks. The lady who owned the stores was really rude. Sometimes stores would borrow stuff from my store to a point that I would run out of product. So many times I would have to run to the grocery store to get cucumbers or heads of lettuce.

I ordered delivery through the subway app from this store today and when it got to me one of my sandwich was made wrong, a bag of chips was missing and they brought the wrong drink for one of my orders. I called the store and someone working there named Faith literally told me repeatedly they “don’t have delivery” and refused to let me speak with a manager, told me not to bother calling one later because they wouldn’t help me, and had a horrible attitude the entire phone call. This was the second time in less than 6 months I have had this kind of experience and the first time was in the store. I ordered pick up and everything was wrong, it was cold when I ordered toasted and they were so rude about it

The employee helping me was not only friendly and very quick, she was also the only one back there! I was very impressed with her. I’d go as far as to say that I’d coordinate the times I went to Subway with her work schedule if I could, solely for the awesome customer service she offered. Very awesome experience!
