Worst management! “Boss lady” lol place 2 orders 1 to be delivered to my daughter’s work for her and coworkers. And another for pickup.. as i was taking it to my son and spouse… get to the store to find out bc I had 2 orders they did not make the pickup order.. really?.. was told they tried calling. I had been sitting in the parking lot for over half hr.. no calls b4 or during my wait.. and when I disagree I get yes i did yes I did.. NO YA DIDNT! LOW CLASS! NEVER DOING BUSINESS HERE AGAIN.!

I came in to order a pepperoni melt for my lunch and as I’m ordering I hear the workers in the back complaining they have to make another melt. I get your job maybe stressful but your customers shouldn’t hear you complaining about their order. Customer service skills are a thing please learn them.

Update, not sure what Pizza hut has done to their pizza, but it no longer agrees with me, to the point I couldnt finish the last two slices. At a loss as to what to point too. To bad, overall I like Pizza Hut.

Excellent quality and speed. I ordered a carryout and it was ready to go when I got there, when I expected a short wait. They seemed understaffed but very very understanding and kind, and it ran well. Definitely will come back again.

Ordered the new Melts and they are crispy and crunchy with a nice creamy or saucy inside. Loved them. Pick up customer service was good also – the employee greeted us, smiled and thanks us with sincerity. I love Pizza Hut
