I love this Subway, and I definitely love the customer service ! My friends and I came in after a long lake day and was so worn out and beat but Branden delivered us such amazing customer service and talked to us like friends more than just a customer . Just tried to get a sandwich. Got there at 7:50pm (they close at 8pm). I know I was cutting it close. However, staff just kept shaking their head and acted so irritated by my walking in to get a sandwich for me and my kids. Asked how many sandwiches I wanted in an frustrated and rude tone that I didn’t want to order anything from them. Even lectured me about how they close at 8. Unbelievable. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Stay away from this place. So disappointed in the lack of customer service.
