Terrible experience was waiting at the front for my food, that I already paid for online. A young man at the front was helping another customer in front of me and once he was done he didn’t Acknowledge me. So I saw my bag of food with my name on it and grabbed it. I was going to tell him hello, this is my order but instead he snatched the food from me as if I stole it and said don’t do that. I said if he had Acknowledged me, I would have showed him my order name, confirmation number and a barcode of my transaction online. We get takeout here often. The general Tsos is to die for! Also big fans of the chicken fried rice, beef lomein, Rangoons, and wonton soup. Never misses and the leftovers are also delicious!

I ordered for the first time at China Village. The owner served me, and I asked him about the difference between the two dishes. The owner didn’t even look at me or answer my question. He just asked me which one I wanted. I told him I wanted to know so I could order, but he responded so rudely, was annoyed, and showed no desire to help. I won’t be back. If you speak respectfully, you deserve the same respect in return. If you read the comments below, you will read that I am not the only one who said the owner is rude.

We placed a DoorDash order and received something entirely different — far less food than we ordered that was $30 less than what we paid, yet the receipt DID have our name on it along with the incorrect order we received. We called the store at the number that was listed right on the receipt, and they couldn’t even find any record of our order, which makes no sense since we did receive a different order from them with our name on it, eventually hanging up on us. We had to get a refund through DoorDash in the end.

I came in tonight to pick up my food I ordered online. There was one lady at cash register taking an order. There were people in line to place an order. I went to the counter where you pick up your food. I was looking at my order number comparing to the order that was in front. All of a sudden she tells Do NOT TOUCH infront of all the people. She got off the phone and saw it was my order. During dinner rush you should have 2 people assisting customers. I will think twice about ordering here again. Yelling at customers is rude

Cashier seemed genuinely irritated that we walked in, we sat at a dirty table, and no fortune cookies were given. The food’s flavor and freshness was also below average and the fried rice didn’t even have egg or veggies in it. We were also the only ones in the restaurant so you’d think they’d pretend to seem grateful.

Enjoyed the General Tso chicken lunch special. The chicken was served into smaller cuts which made it easier to eat. Really liked the more healthier brown rice that came along as opposed to white. Overall a pleasant lunch finished off with a complimentary cup of tea!
