Hardworking staff. My pizza were ordered through the Pizza Hut app and was ready on time. Everyone enjoyed the pizza also. Looking forward to returning with my wife. Our first date was there and now we can dine in again where we first fell in love .

Camilla store was not prepared for customers during lunch. Barely any pizzas on buffet. Had 20-30 minute wait in between pizzas being put out. Eggs for the salads were frozen. Horrible waitress service. Table was not cleared one plate during our lunch. Picture below shows our table at lunch time and there was 3 adults and one child.

This was my first time visiting the Camilla Pizza Hut since they resumed dine in. I placed an online order. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The servers were very courteous and prompt. My order was ready when I arrived and it was delicious.

We came in late on the 4th of July and they had already closed the dining room but the drive thru was open. We were in a semi so that wasn’t an option for us. One of the employees saw us walk away and told us we could still order and met us at the truck with our orders. The pizza was hot and delicious. Amazing service. Above and beyond for sure.

Customer service must be a joke for them. It’s no wonder that most pizza huts are closing down. Also, they charge you more in store than online. Gave a look of annoyance when we walked in and didn’t even ask if i wanted a receipt. Breadsticks were really good! Pizza was okay, with very few toppings. Overall, I’m not impressed and will not be returning to this location.

Food is usually good here but the service is terrible. Employees have attitudes don’t want to serve you. They stay open till 10 they told us and we get there be fore 930 and they tell us we can stay if we can eat in 15 minutes come on man u can’t even make a good pizza in 15 minutes. Most of the time I order pick-up, and I haven’t had any issues. The pizza is usually hot when I pick it up, and my order has and ways been correct. The few times I’ve eaten inside, the buffet had a good selection. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. Just make sure you order early, because they have a habit of closing when they want to, or taking the phone offline when they don’t want to accept orders. Don’t count on online orders being processed either, even if you get a confirmation for your pickup time.

The last 4-5 times we’ve been here the food has been absolutely terrible. Pizza is ALWAYS undercooked and order is never done on time. I wouldn’t mind waiting if i was waiting for the food to he prepared correctly. This is, by far, the worst Pizza Hut. I’ve made sure i go months between visits hoping they would get better, but they continue to be terrible. So this has been an ongoing problem. Not just a one time thing. The only reason i have been back is bc they are the only pizza place in Camilla. I doubt i will ever go back now.
