I usually buy Subways because so far, I’ve found them to be great sandwiches but today was the worst. I was served by a guy named Aaron C who was quite dismissive, rude and racist. I am proudly Latina with a Latin accent and apparently that bothered him. It doesn’t matter, I don’t recommend this place at all and more if you are Latino stay away from subway

Would give zero stars if I could. My mom and I came here and after ordering we asked for cups for water. The girl helping us named Katie gave us attitude and said “make sure you’re ACTUALLY getting water. Not soda” kind of ridiculous to be accused of stealing before even getting our damn cups. If it’s such a big problem FIX it. Don’t call people thieves before they even are given the cup they asked for. She then “apologized” while making a ton of excuses. Will not be back. Katie was extremely rude.

I will never come back to this Subway again. I waited in line for 16 minutes while one employee washed dishes and the other completely ignored me. There were 3 people waiting after me. I only have 30 minutes for my lunch break. There are currently 9 people standing in line and the manager still has the other employee washing dishes. Horrible horrible customer service. The previous manager took care of her customers. So sad she’s no longer here. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I’m appalled. I’ve never had a worse experience at a subway. The person making my sandwich was so rude and seemed very upset that I didn’t want one of the sandwiches they were advertising. She continued to point at the menu and loudly tell me to “pick one.” I’ve never had an issue with a subway making my sandwich the way I wanted it made before, and hope to never have an issue again. I’m extremely upset with the service I received today.

I ordered 2 subs online. The biggest mistake was that my sub was supposed to have the fresh mozzarella on it (Bella Mozza), but when I got home I saw the mozzarella was missing. They were also out of tomatoes and chocolate chip cookies. The cookie wasn’t a big deal, but a sandwich shop not having tomatoes is. The worker was friendly enough, but missing a key ingredient on my sandwich is pretty bad.

Subway is so healthy for the body and tastes good. I love the fact you can customize your sandwich any way you want. Good pretzels too. Being inside a Wal Mart is great for convenience after shopping, but not the best atmosphere. But it’s worth it! And sometimes there’s a lack of employees like anywhere during this time.

The girl that helped me was extremely rude and I had to remind her several times what I wanted and she still got it wrong. Asked for Italian herb and cheese bread and she informed me that the store was out despite the fact that there were several trays visible. Questionable cleaning and sanitizing and the store was super messy.

Well let me start off by saying that the employees in Walmart were great. Super friendly. I am driving from California to Illinois and wanted subway when I stopped to get gas. Walking in this this store was not what I hoped it would be. It was empty and no employee in sight, there were flies ugh. When a gentleman did walk out he failed to greet me and when I started to order he got an attitude like he didn’t want to work. Plus it looked like her threw a fit. So seeing the look on his face and the rudeness in his actions I told him “ if you don’t wanna take my order then I will gladly go elsewhere!” Not one time did he apologize or try and keep my service. I have worked customer service my whole life and the only advise I have for the management is please properly train that guy or hire people who can hide the dislike for their job or someone who treats customers with respect and a better attitude.
