I went through the drive up at this location. I sat at the ordering spot for 7 1/2 minutes and no one helped me so I drove to the window. Granted, seven minutes is not a long time, but it is if you’re at a drive-through, you should have your order taken your food and on your way by 7 1/2 minutes. When I pulled up They asked me if I was there for a pick up and I no I’d like to order and they said you can’t order the window you have to order at the stall. I told them I waited there seven minutes and no one helped me. At this time, there was one person in the line paying. There were two employees so if the restaurant would’ve been busy, I could understand it, but it wasn’t The Employee told me I would have to go back and order at the sign. He would not take my order at the window. There was someone behind me now so I couldn’t just back up and at the Springville locationYou can’t just pull around and pull through again you have to go out on on busy State Street cross two lanes of traffic or turn right find a light flip around go back. I looked at him and said you would rather lose an order than take my order at this window and he said yes so I Left without a sandwich after waiting for 7 1/2 minutes to a rude little employee that thought he was too good to take an order at the window. I love Subway. I’ll find another one in the future. But the Springville location is not one that I would recommend people go to.

We’ve been here a bunch of times. It’s always clean, rarely busy, and pretty fast. The employees are kind. I like the updates Subway has recently made – serving the sandwiches in baskets is a nice touch!

I will always go to Subway, it’s good. But, when I went to this location, there were two employees who were constantly sniffling every 3 seconds, no joke. I get its cold and flu season, I was sick not too long ago too! But making my sandwich with their head down and putting cookies in the bag without wearing a mask where they could have gotten snot all over my food kind of grossed me out. Idk if wearing masks or not is standard Subway protocols, of course they had gloves on so that’s good at least. But I really wish they would have if they have and cold or flu symptoms, I feel like that’s reasonable to wish for ad a customer at a restaurant. I’m also pregnant so maybe I’m just being paranoid and a bit of a Karen. The cashier at the time helping me pay for my food rudely told another kid working there to do a task and I’m sure that was the manager or shift lead, but I felt like his tone to that worker was kind of rude and I felt bad for the kid. Just be careful I guess if you don’t want to risk getting sick.

I waited on line for over 15 minutes to be served, and there were only two people ahead of me. They were serving the drive-thru customers before us. They need to have more staff if they know the current employees are slow at serving customers. Two people couldn’t handle four customers.

Went at like 9:40 when it closed at 10. The girl was super nice and didn’t even act bothered we were in there so late. The sandwiches were so yummy and she really packed them. I was made a big fan of subway tonight. The new chicken bacon ranch is to die for.

Take a look at my sandwich on flatbread, I don’t think I need to say anymore. Except, I won’t be back. 1 1/2 slices of tomatoe, 3 pieces of spinach, 2 slices of cucumber and a couple strands of onions on a piece of flatbread $11 later. Ordered online!

Ordered 2 6″ sandwiches. They turned out delicious. The employee and manager were nice but not super engaging, they were just involved in a conversation with each other while I was giving my ingredient instructions. Overall a positive experience though.

We went in Sunday evening around 630 (3/9) and there was just one employee working. She was making sandwiches for others before us and let us know it would be a minute. When it came to our turn she apologized for the wait and took extra care to make our sandwiches perfect.
For being alone and having a decently sized line of people to serve she did amazing and didn’t appear to be rushing anyone or cutting corners on the sandwich preparations. So props to her for being kind and hardworking even while being in a stressful situation all alone!

I’ve eaten here soooo many times and I almost always have a good experience. Years ago the drive-thru sensitivity was iffy (like, it wouldn’t recognize my car pulling up) so I’d have to drive up to the window after waiting a couple minutes—but that was a while ago and the issues seem to be fixed now. Current staff is friendly and helpful. Look for coupons online!

I’ve visited this location several times of that past couple of months for breakfast and have nothing but good things to say about this particular location. It’s always very clean, well stocked, and everything looks good and fresh. The manager typically opens the store and is always friendly, works with a smile, and makes sure guests have a good experience! This location has been a bit bumpy in the past, but it seems like current management has really turned it around and is doing great now. It’s further for me than my local Subway, but worth the trip. Nice job!
