I placed an online order for this location today. online said about 30 minutes. I waited over an hour and called the store to find out what was going on with the order. They said it would be another 30 minutes. when I asked to cancel or speak to a manager they transferred me off to some random number that rang forever. I called the store back, another person who did not understand much English to see if I should just come pick up my order and all they kept saying was yes you will have it soon. i still tried to cancel, but at this point i was speaking to a broken record. Do not waste your time ordering from this store if you actually want to have a meal. I have never dealt with such terrible service from this location before. this was ridiculous.

Honestly, this place doesn’t have bad food as I’ve eaten there multiple times. I work in area and have gotten lunch there a fair amount. The reason I’m giving a poor review is because of their solicitation practices. I work at a business in a business park, not far from the restaurant. I had several customers in the office, on important business, and a guy comes stumbling in handing out menus. It was extremely embarrassing. He interrupted important business and embarrassed our business. For that reason, I’ll no longer be eating at Sarpino’s. When I want pizza I’ll go to a different restaurant in the area.

we ordered pizza and we waited for its delivery for 1.5 hours! the manager answered our calls that the courier was not available and he drove to us for 1.5 hours. the pizza ended up being cold, terrible service.

Worst delivery service, 21 minutes late with cold pizza. I deliver food myself and I couldn’t deliver cold pizza. Had I been the one to receive it instead of my wife at the door who tipped $10 for cold pizza. I would’ve tested the bottom of the box and not accepted the pizza in it’s condition. Considering how expensive it is there’s no justified reason to accept cold, late and expensive food. I might as well have ordered Domino’s(Would’ve been not only cheaper but HOT) Last time me or my wife will ever consider Sarpinos in Riverwoods. Plus, the chocolate cake slice tasted super sus. As it tasted off but visually looked okay. Lesson learned, order anywhere else. I could’ve ordered a Large Deep dish pizza for delivery from Lou Malnati’s for the same price. I would’ve been happy rather than straight up dissatisfied with my lousy cold cardboard pizza
