I purchased a footlong half off pass, and everytime I use it for pickup, this store makes my sandwiches obviously wrong. I took photos of my bacon ranch sub, and nothing is on the sandwich that I asked for, not even the peppercorn ranch sauce. The receipt is right, the sandwich is very wrong. Then when I came online to report it, they never contacted me back. Not refunded, and not fixed. I paid for the footlong pass, but I won’t again. Its not worth it.

I am appalled by the customer service here. Earlier today I needed to order 7 sandwiches for my work place. The online store only allows you to buy 6 at a time, so I called to see if we could order over the phone and the man on the phone just rudely said, “We don’t do orders over the phone. You have to come inside.” And hung up on me before I could even reply. I ended up going to Jersey Mike’s Subs and the cheerful personnel there was a breath of fresh air compared to this place

Very sweet older gal helped us. She knew what she was doing and was very thorough. I felt terrible she was the only one working at the time, and it was quite busy. She seemed exhausted! But our sandwiches were great.

I eat at other Subways in Utah all the time, mostly because the curbside pickup is so convenient. Today was my first day at this subway but I did all the same curbside steps as usual. While I was waiting in the curbside parking spot, I could see there were a lot of customers inside so I didn’t mind waiting a minute. After everyone had left, the two employees just stood at the register talking to each other. No one made any attempt to bring my order out to me. I finally walked in and had to interrupt the two employees, who were busy complaining loudly and in an offensive way about the previous customers (based on these customers’ nationality). I asked about my order and they pointed to the walk-in rack, saying that those were the curbside orders. Woops. I guess nobody trained them the difference, and/or they just dislike working at Subway so much that they decided to stop bringing orders out to people. Such a terrible Subway compared to literally every other one.

Got a simple sandwich however the bread was hard! They were out of the only drinks that I like. Not to mention the floor being sticky as hell! And what happened to putting the white deli paper with the sandwich? Also love that they used the same knife on the same 4 or 5 sandwiches. Disgusting and a waste of money.

Employees wouldn’t honor legit voucher for BOGO from localfluence. I even swiped the “mark as used” bar right in front of him. Very frustrated! They need to inform their employees on promotions.
