They are so damn slow! I ordered at 6:57 pm, didn’t get my tenders until 7:45! TENDERS! The kids were back there playing and flirting with no manger in site! Mind you I’m seeing other people getting their food. Plus nobody greeted me as I came in. One door dasher canceled a pickup order because of how long it was taking. If I hadn’t paid on the app then I would’ve been canceled and got a refund. Not to mention I ordered a LARGE mashed potato and only got half a cup. And don’t get me started on those old wings that were just sitting under the light. If I’m waiting over 40 minutes for food , I’m expecting all of it to be fresh and for the price it should’ve been fresh!

I’ve never waited this long at a drive thru before it was insane. I think 40 minutes total for 6 wings and 3 tenders. The food was fine. I didn’t complain but no one ever said we’re sorry for your wait or mention anything wrong just like it was completely normal. Not even a thanks or napkins. I just want the management to know as if I were them I’d want to know.

Drive through, my order was correct, don’t know if they were out of wings or not but got 2 breasts in a 2 piece light meat combo. The chicken was the best I’ve had from Popeyes in a long time, first time I’ve been to this location.

I love this Popeyes location. Way better then the horrible location on hwy 98 with the store manager who never reaches back out to a customer. The managers at this Popeyes are amazing and I will never go back to the one on hwy 98 because the night manager is a disgrace to fast food management and the cashier let’s her friends walk away with free food while giving customers who paid for their food. Nasty dried up cold food. So this highway 49 is the best store in Hattiesburg

Whole order but the tenders was wrong. Asked for no mayo on sandwhich, was given spicy mayo on it, asked for Cajun fries, was given mashed potatoes instead. Had to repeat myself several times at the drive thru speaker, and order was still wrong. At least drive thru was somewhat fast

This Popeyes is on point! I Opted for the 5-piece chicken tenders(spicy) this time and they were awesome. Super fresh and juicy and the tenders were huge. The box was so full it was bulging! They are super fast and the ladies are always friendly here. Would recommend for a good quick bite.

Very bad experience didn’t even take my order at the speaker had to drive up to window to get them to take my order. If you dont want to work then stay home. Plus they said they were out of every side but mash potatoes. Never be back to this popeyes. Need a new staff. So that you know its the night crew. This at 7:18 PM on 12-22-25.
