We ordered 11 box lunches for my daughter’s birthday party. The sandwiches were made perfectly and on time. When we picked up the sandwiches, our order was ready and the store was super clean and the person working the counter was so kind. We appreciate the excellent customer service, and attention to detail.

Went in with a group order and the 2 workers were extremely polite, but one of the boys who looked like a high schooler was just beyond rude! The attitude, the customer service was disgusting. I had to bite my tongue so I don’t cause a scene. I figured he was lazy. He complained about the amount of sandwiches we ordered and how next time we need to order online so they can better prepare. Which yes, I understand but his tone was rude and it was completely obvious. Then he continues to say things under his breath. He needs to work on his customer service. The other 2 guys were very polite!

I stopped and grabbed a sandwich around 3 pm. I was completely impressed by the professional attitudes and attention give to me as a customer. The place was clean, food displayed with care and pride. Sandwich was prepared as ordered. Taste great and didn’t fall apart as I was eating.

Got home and they didn’t add cheese nor all the sauce I asked for. Bummer to make an order online and trust people to make some sandwiches. Over all the guys were cool…just feel like my sandwiche wasn’t made the way I asked!!!! Biggest thing is WHERES THE CHEESE?

Unimpressed with the customer service from what I assume is the store manager. Jessica was not only extremely rude to me and my 6 year old but she was also very nasty to her teenage colleagues. The two teenagers working were very polite and helpful. I would expect much better service from a woman much older than them. The fact that Jessica has worked there for years and is the owners daughter, I’m disgusted with how she treats customers and her colleagues.

How to get a meatball sub at 9:45. I was informed that they throw the meatballs away at 9:30. Teenager speaking to me was rude and non-professional. I ordered a turkey sub instead walked in to pay for the order to see everything having already been completely put away by 9:47 p.m. and said Teenager rudely asked so what do you want on your sandwich again? Even though I had just told him in detail. When I informed him I was the one he had spoken to he simply Shrugged his shoulders. Friends were hanging out in the lobby no one said anything professional or welcoming in any way. Very disappointed I walked out so as not to inconvenience them. The subway establishment in general I’m okay with, however what is wrong with this generation! Employees should be more rigorously vetted to avoid such horrible customer service as this.

it’s not possible for me to leave a 0 so i give u a 1. i had the worst experience last night w my sandwich. I had asked for LIGHT MAYO AND MUSTARD! my sandwich was completely DRENCHED in mustard and mayo, it was impossible to eat. i called to ask them if they can remake it considering they’re not to close for another 20 mins, the employee refused and refunded me the money. that’s not what i had asked for but it’s fine, they didn’t want to clean up after making my food, they’d rather get paid to sit down and listen to music rather FIX my order that was so simple and they ruined. i will NEVER be returning here which sucks since the other closest subway is inside walmart but TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! i wish my husband had gotten the kids names so i could put it here but he did not. most disgusting sandwich ever! took one bite and it was just mustard and mayo . learn how to read orders correctly. i know they could’ve fixed my order they just choose not too.
