Wow Love this Subway. Friendly, knowledgeable staff members work here. They take pride making this a Super Clean place. Behind counter as well as table areas. All items are stocked well. Had the Thursday special, Turkey on Italian Herb. & cheese. Made to perfection. Each item fresh and placed perfectly on the sandwich. Not many would take the time to make it look right. Two cookies and a drink.

I stopped coming here because every time i place an online order my sandwich is DRY. Why are you guys so stingy with the sauce!? This has happened on EVERY order in the past year. If it says EXTRA sauce put MORE! Literally ruined my experience. Won’t be buying subway at all anymore.

I have a thing for Subway and sometimes have it a few times a week, so I know this place well. The service is prompt and they have experienced and well trained servers behind the counter. Very rarely you might encounter a server with sub-par service skills but it appears management is good at weeding them out, they don’t last very long. Rewards are worth it if you go regularly, you get big discounts and free sandwiches (at least at the time of this review). Overall a solid Subway experience.

Decided to stop in on my lunch break towards 1930 at I work evenings. Waited around for 15-20 minutes while they spent that entire time making just 2 sandwiches. They never even finished making those sandwiches before I had to give up and leave. Guess I just won’t eat lunch today. If they were busy I would understand that, it happens. But 20 minutes to not even finish two sandwiches is absurd.

The guy at the window was nice but amount of what order is going to be needs to completely reflect at the drive thru spot. It told me 17.49 and I get to the window being told my total is almost $20 and that tax doesn’t reflect at the order station like what’s even the point? Misleading.

There was so much sauce on my sandwich that I couldn’t even hold it together, didn’t ask for extra sauce. Barely a sprinkle of lettuce, and honestly it looked like somebody spread the bread open to pile everything in the middle and then smashed it shut hoping it would be fine. Worst location, go to the one in the Walmart, seriously.

I used their website to order. I was “kicked” out once and had to start over. When I finally got my order placed and paid for, it took about 15 minutes for it to be authorization and get a pick up time. When I got over to pick up my order, I had to wait at the pick up place for another 15 minutes before someone finally came with my order and then they tried to charge me again. I don’t think I go to this Subway again.

Ordered about 45 minutes ago and it took about 20 minutes to get the order then we were missing items from the order all the cookies we ordered waited another 8 to 10 minutes then the kid finally comes back says can I help you once yeah we’re missing our cookies he says how many did you order I said five okay I’ll be right back he throws a bag in the bag of ours and says have a good day when we got home there was still only three cookies in the bag even though we ordered and paid for $5 then the sandwiches I’ve never seen anything made so pathetic since I was in the first grade all right photos just so you can really see what I’m talking about I opened the sandwich I laid it out on the paper that’s what you’ll see… And sauce is missing… That’s just 1 all 3 were terrible

Bought a digital gift card to Subway. Went thru the drive-thru and ordered. Got to the window and they tell me that they don’t accept digital gift cards. Had to pay for my order and already paid for my digital gift card. I asked for a receipt which they did not give me. Got home and the food portions was ridiculous. My salad was only 1 layer of food with this big bowl. My daughter’s BMT sandwich was not wrapped and it was all scattered all over the bag. They informed me that they had a broken toaster and that I had to wait longer for my food. I did NOT get any of my sandwiches toasted. I would NOT recommend this Subway.

Well it’s the only one in Tooele and when I was a vegetarian it was pretty much the only place I could go in and get a footlong sandwich for $5. Delicious
