While I typically have a decent experience at subway, one of the workers at this location could use some customer service training. The service I received and witnessed was unfriendly, sharp, and immature. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I hope this is helpful to the management of this store. Unfortunately this experience made me not want to come back.

The worst service I have ever had. A girl attended to me at the begging however she didn’t know what to do with what I was asking “a tuna sandwich” so she started to asking the boy who was next to her attending a couple, the guy ended up being very rude and disrespectful to me. His attitude, words and gestures were discriminatory. If they are not going to take good care of their costumers , then why do they work there? Please train your employers well. This was my first and last time visiting this Subway unfortunately.

Sandwich was fine. Pretty average for Subway. Guy helping me, appeared to be the manager, was about the worst example of customer service I’ve seen. Grumpy, rude, bothered, etc. If you are going to work in a service industry embrace it and be pleasant!

If only I could leave zero stars. This subway is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. I first ordered a Spinach chicken wrap, but they’re out of Spinach. So I said okay tomato wrap, We’re out of all wraps. Okay give me a chicken sandwhich, the kid gives me a blank awkward stare as if I didn’t say anything. So then I say again a chicken sandwich It doesn’t matter what kind. Then I ask for a few more condiments and surprisingly they’re out. Then I asked twice for the chicken warmed up and he put it in the microwave and when I got it the chicken was cold as if the microwave didn’t work. I would have went in and threw it on the table if I wasn’t already in my car running late. DONT COME HERE.

Gross!! The chicken looked so funky! It wasn’t like the other locations chicken. It was dark and weird looking, it had huge bones in it. When I investigated further it had a long black hair in it! I’m gagging! Too bad I took it home before I saw this, waste of money!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I didn’t tell you to work this job so don’t be rude. I walk in, NO GREETING NOTHING, Get stared at then looked down and stared at again, THEN they had a aducity to tell me its gonna be AWHILE when I was literally the only person in the store, no one in line, no one waiting for food. All they were doing was ONE online order and its ONLINE, you need to teach these guys to help the customer IN PERSON before fulfilling an online order for the future ESPECIALLY when im the ONLY person in the store, I was gonna get one sandwich and be quick but I left because of the terrible customer service.

I’m sure there’s a good reason for this but the staff most of the time are hidden in the back and you have to yell for them. But they are friendly and always get my order right. However, two of the times I’ve been here they had an ant problem due to dirty floors. When I told them, they said there was nothing they could do because they’re not allowed to use bait or poisons and it wasn’t time yet for them to clean the floor. Come on, Subway, there’s got to be a solution to this. Because of the ant problem I have to avoid the right side of the dining area and if the tables on the left are dirty or occupied, I choose a different restaurant.

Today I ordered a sandwich for delivery and received a text message from the manager stating she was working alone and this order was going to take a little bit longer, I really appreciate the Communication and she also gave me a couple of free cookies! Thank to this manager that is doing the best she can!!!!
