The 2 high school or college kids who helped me tonight were very friendly, and the sandwiches were 100% correct! Great service. I’ve never received stale or hard bread from this location, and I usually pick it up after work, which is around 8:30. So, even at night, their bread has always been fresh! Which is a massive plus for subways

Horrible Subway!! Definitely won’t be going back. Go in to pick up my online order and all 3 employees just stand there with their arms folded, staring me down and not saying a word. Tell them I have an online order. The guy literally shoves me my sandwiches without saying anything and goes to walk away. I kindly asked if I could have my 2 large drinks cups and he also pretty much shoved those at me. As I am getting my drinks filled up, I notice all 3 of them are once again standing there, staring me down with their arms folded giving me a dirty look. Got home and my sandwiches were a DISASTER. They were so hard to eat and the one was completely wrong (the one pictured was the worst and the banana peppers were not on there to begin with. They were on my the other sandwich that wasn’t supposed to have them). Didn’t ask for mustard at all on this sandwich (or any of them) there was A LOT of vinegar on it instead of the MVP Vinaigrette, it was a DISASTER there was so much mustard (that I didn’t ask for!). It was really hard to eat because all you could taste was mustard. NEVER GOING TO THIS ONE AGAIN. I will drive the extra 5 min to go to the other one.

Ordered in the app. Came in and was greeted right away. Ordered the Cheese Steak on rosemary Parmesan. With lettuce and tomatoes. Very tasty.

messed up both sandwiches in my order and manager refused to refund it. literally charged us for a 12” and gave us a 6”, toasted our cold sub. put onions when we specifically asked for no onions. no refund even with photo evidence

I’ve been to this place a few times in the last month and each time it seems like it’s being run by teenagers. Granted they could be in the EARLY 20s. Today was the first day I could tell a manager was on duty and everyone was running fast and efficiently. However, the attitudes weren’t great. The employees don’t seem to want to be there or like everywhere else being over worked and they’re tired. The food quality isn’t terrible. At other locations I’ve seen the tomatoes growing. And it’s not like that here.
As for the environment, I don’t sit and eat. I grab and go. So I don’t pay too much attention to the tables but the drink station has seen better days. It’s very sticky on the floor and I’m the drain area on the counter. The lids were all stuck together with what looked like dried soda and it’s not clean in the sections where the lids sit. I’m not sure why they chose that lay out in the first place honestly.

Update: Went 12/10/20 @2:30pm. masks required, we went inside and had one person in front of us. It took us 20 minutes to have them make our sandwiches. They had one person working the inside patrons and two people working the drive thru. We watched 10 cars get helped as we stood there. So I’d recommend drive thru over walking inside.
Original review: This is my favorite Subway location. We hit this place early on our way to the slopes. Typical subway food: fresh bread, toppings are hit and miss, service is decent.

I could not have been more blessed than I was to have had the privilege to meet the sweetest employee Miss River. The entire experience from start to finish was more pleasant than I can remember ever having!!! I have always loved Subway sandwiches but I honestly cannot decide whether it was because of the all around pleasant and sweet disposition of River that made this particular sandwich taste so much better than any I have had in the past or if it was because I believe my sandwich was made with love and that was what made it taste differently. But strongly believe that,that is why I cannot remember any other sandwich in the past tasting as good as the one that Miss River made for me last night!!! I would recommend dining with her to anyone. I am looking very forward to my next experience with this beautiful young lady!!! Thank you again Miss River!!!
