Like other reviews our online order was not ready for pickup when we arrived. In fact we had to wait nearly 20 minutes until all the other customers were served. We placed our order hours before these other people and still had to wait until they were all served. What a joke this place is. Plus there is no store number on our online receipt. This is the second time we ordered online way in advance and still had to wait and wait for our order even after paying for it in advance. Not to mention half the time our sandwiches had the wrong stuff on them. It is obvious the owner of this franchise does not seem to want to improve his customer experience. What a shame!

THE lady that was taking money and handling my food that had just been made and bagged it up for me. She was a older gale with glasses on July 6 at 11 am. 2020 anyway she didn’t have gloves on and not just because whats going on right now but she touched my food with no gloves so thats just gross I didn’t even eat it I threw it out I wish I knew how to complain to the store but its the one off hwy 55 in idaho goin towards horseshoebend in the chevron.
