Ordered 2 sandwiches. Both were made very wrong. Not one thing was right on the sandwiches. We then called and the guy that answered was completely rude. Said they had no stock and that we get what we get. If there is not enough stock to make sandwiches then the business should close for the evening or until they do. Upsetting customers with the wrong things then being rude when called out is terrible business practice!!

The staff was super rude and when I asked them to put lettuce on my sandwich they barely put a pinch. They were super low on all their ingredients. Then for the next person in line, they went and got a new tray of lettuce and put a normal amount on theirs and then when I paid they threw the sandwich at me. I get it if I was rude but I didn’t even say anything. They made me nervous to ask for just salt and pepper on my sandwich because I was nervous they were going to yell at me or make a rude comment. Also, the bread was super stale.

Went in Sunday July 25, 2022 at around 7:15. The girl said they were out of every bread but white, meatballs, and the fresh made mozzerella. With them advertising their fancy new sandwich line featuring this fresh made mozzerella, you would think that they would have it stocked. Not closing until 10:00, you would think they would have made more bread. And the white bread was stale and hard. The cheese was also dried out and the pickles were mushy. Not good at all.

Rude staff. They tell you they are working on your order for 10 minutes then when she asks for your name again. She checks the receipts and laughs “oh you’re actually last”. I don’t get the joke. How about I laugh in your face and tell you I don’t get what’s so funny about being lazy with a door dash order?

Would not recommend this place. The “manager” Tyler who made our sandwiches was rude, and didn’t even make the sandwiches right for being the “manager”. I’d recommend getting a new manager for this store.

I alway enjoy coming to this Subway. The location is very convenient, the staff are friendly, helpful, and eager to serve! They seem to always be training a new employee when I go, but still have adequate coverage. During tourist season (Memorial to Labor Day) there is usually a little wait, but not bad.

They started requiring people to wear masks the day I went and even in just the few minutes I was ordering several people stormed out because of the new rule. At least be polite to the workers, they didn’t make the rule. Food was what you expect from subway.
