Ordered a custom pizza and mild buffalo wings bone in. The wings were overcooked, and literally just sat in systems sauce. You’d think when spending $40 that they’d prepare the food properly. I used to work for pizza hut years ago and they’re good service has declined. I now remember why I stopped eating fast food. My delivery driver was awesome though.

Every time we get pizza from here there is always an issue. I tried placing an online order today and I completed my order and went to check for the confirmation just to see that my order was canceled. I called the store per the email and they would not honor the online coupon prices because their General manager was not in store. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Very unprofessional on their part. Franchise or not this Pizza Hut is horrible and needs some Revamping asap.
