This is the best subway I have been to in a very long time. We live in Pocatello, but were passing through Blackfoot and decided to stop by for some lunch. I would actually drive to this subway if I wanted subway again instead of going to the local ones. Staff was welcoming, store was very clean. 10/10 would revisit.

It was good? The staff there was not the best or at least. The young lady that took my order, Seemed like I was being rushed and I was the only one in line! The worst part was I asked for oil and vinegar and of course she didn’t put it on!

If I could I would give -5 stars…. Idk where the employees learned to make the subway subs. Bread – Meats – Cheese – Veggies – Sauce. That’s how I get them EVERYTWHERE except here. They smushed a lil bit of sauce in between the cheese and the veggies… Wonder in which world the gravity allows the sauce to move up…. Plus. NO MANAGER ON LOCATION… So.. sitting here and waiting on a response from him maybe tomorrow? No refund, no offer to remake it correctly. As I said. -5 stars if possible…

We went in to order sandwiches for a little trip we were taking. The man doing the meat put such a small amount of steak on you could see a huge portion of bread. Then the lady putting veggies on the sandwich was constantly looking behind me like she was waiting for someone to walk in. She was distracted and she did not listen to what I asked and messed up two foot longs. The steak and cheese was so salty it was completely inedible, I think she poured like half the shaker onto it and the other was for our autistic son and she put mustard on his portion of the sandwich when I was very clear (I even pointed to the exact side) which side to put it on and I tried to get her to fix it and she did a very poor job and now he refuses to eat it. We bought two foot long sandwiches that frankly went to the trash. I am honestly so disappointed, like this woman should not be working there if she won’t even acknowledge or listen to the customers and she just makes the sandwich however the hell she wants. Ya’ll owe us two foot-longs. Highly dissatisfied.
