If I could I would give -5 stars…. Idk where the employees learned to make the subway subs. Bread – Meats – Cheese – Veggies – Sauce. That’s how I get them EVERYTWHERE except here. They smushed a lil bit of sauce in between the cheese and the veggies… Wonder in which world the gravity allows the sauce to move up…. Plus. NO MANAGER ON LOCATION… So.. sitting here and waiting on a response from him maybe tomorrow? No refund, no offer to remake it correctly. As I said. -5 stars if possible…

When we walked in we waited at the front for 5 minutes before anyone asked if we were ready to order. The manager was unhelpful when it came to actually ordering as he was rushing us through the process. Barley put any condiments. All i taste on my sandwich is lettuce and bread. Asked for toasted bread and it came out still soft.

Since when are you not able to customize your vegetables on stuff? I have severe diet restrictions and Subway has been one of very few places I could eat. Go in today Ace told no I can’t customize. I could remove veggies but not add back in the ones I can actually eat. If we can’t customize then why even allow us to build our own stuff. Really sad one more place I’ll now have to give up eating at.

Two people behind the counter, no greeting, no smiles, no dressing put on the sandwiches taken for the road. We love Subway, but this was without question the driest and most unpleasant sandwich we have ever eaten. Ugh! We will never return to that store off the freeway in Pocatello. ID.
