I went on 6/30/23. I was there to pick up the order for my sister that she ordered on door dash. I went in and asked the lady if she had my sisters order ready. I gave her the name and everything she needed to know whose order it was. She started yelling at me that she needed a picture? I told her I didn’t have a picture but the information of the person who ordered. She continued to yell at me and tried to ID me! So I left with out the food. My sister had to go and when she demanded for her money back she started acting all nice. But the food was disgusting. Honestly don’t recommend to anybody especially if that lady is working there with her rude self.

Ordered tonight for delivery at hotel and the chicken was more like slimy fish, the portions were tiny & not in boxes but instead plastic tupawear. Had to pick all the chicken out of the fried rice, no cutlery either and the fries were soggy and cold. Worst Chinese we have ever tasted. Very disappointing.

The person in the front desk wouldn’t put wontons in my soup after I told her I would pay extra. Just straight No’s the whole time. She dropped food on the floor and didn’t care to clean it up and I’m just hopping the food is good, haven’t tried it yet but she gives me no hope. The rice was HARD and there was barely any eggs for the soup that she wouldn’t add wontons to, gave my girlfriend a stomach ache right away this place is not NY style. I’ve been to hole in the walls in Brooklyn and queens better than this.

I called to place an order and the lady was very rude , she was rushing me on the phone and would not let me finish telling her my address. I called at 8:44 to place my order then I called back at 8:49 to cancel my order because I didn’t want Chinese food any longer and she told me the delivery man was already on the way and Im banned from deliveries. Which is fine because I know for a fact that they didn’t cook my food that within the five minutes and if they did I would not trust it. I definitely would not be ordering from them again because she gave me attitude from the start but it’s totally fine the bbb ( better business bureau) I go .

The lady on the phone was super rude, yelling at us because she was being extremely impatient. Once we got the food, one of our orders was missing. I called her back and she made me order $20 worth of stuff to have the missing item delivered…the single item that was missing was $7. The food is okay. The delivery driver was really nice.
