I’ve ordered Chinese and other Asian food before, but this was my first time going by myself without a friend who usually helps me order. After I got my food, I realized I had forgotten to ask for napkins, so I went back inside to get some.
When I asked, the staff member didn’t speak English very well and said something about “other” or “wrong,” which left me confused. Another staff member then spoke to another girl and said, “It’s okay, I’ll make you a new one,” but they didn’t explain anything to me. I asked multiple times if my order was correct, but no one answered me, which made me feel ignored and invisible.
When I finally got what I needed, I just said thank you and left. I know there was a language barrier, and I also didn’t check my order carefully, so I take responsibility for that.
The food that was given to me by mistake ended up in the trash because my pregnant friend doesn’t like it. They could have simply asked me, and I could have returned it from the car, instead of feeling awkward standing there.
Overall, the experience felt confusing and frustrating, and I probably wouldn’t go back.

Ordered tonight for delivery at hotel and the chicken was more like slimy fish, the portions were tiny & not in boxes but instead plastic tupawear. Had to pick all the chicken out of the fried rice, no cutlery either and the fries were soggy and cold. Worst Chinese we have ever tasted. Very disappointing.

The lady at the front was like extremely rude and and didn’t know how to speak to anyone with respect and the food was disgusting and the cooks used the same spoon for numerous of orders I will highly recommend not to ever come here.
