The lady working there Bre was incredibly mean to an older lady in front of me in line. I was so nervous I didn’t want to order. I was stuck between people or I would have left. Bre yelled out into the crowd that she didn’t care if we contacted her manager she was sick of being nice. I know help is hard to find

I ordered a foot long meetball with double meat, I would hate to see what regular looks like if 6 meatballs is double meat. Kinda mad. Got charged 3 bucks for double meat and only got 6 meatballs on the entire sandwich. Wanted onion and banana peppers on it. Got neither. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak that was hard as a rock. And the meat was cold, like it was still frozen. The wrap had green spots on it. Tried to call and talk to someone. Got hung up on. Twice.

Bre Mercedes what you did last night was out of hand. You treat all your customers that can’t speak English very well the same? Being racist is not the answer you you might not lose your job because a lot of ppl see it as a normal thing. Great location. Sandwiches are always great here at the Delta store near the entrance to town. Parking is accessible. Prices seems to match the Subway standard. Store runs pretty clean. Never had a complaint yet in many visits.
