I loved eating at Norma’s. This restaurant was very inviting with a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. I had never seen spinach enchiladas on a menu before, so I was immediately interested. They were delicious! Everything here was excellent!

Our waitress was so amazing! We were there Saturday around 5-6pm. She was super sweet and bubbly and gave us refills without asking. 10/10 reccomend! The food was delicious and came out swiftly.

I’m not here to criticize this small business, as I understand the challenges of operating in today’s economy. However, prioritizing customer satisfaction is key to building loyalty and encouraging repeat visits. I ordered the Chicken Fajitas, but the dish was overwhelmingly filled with onions and green peppers. The chicken itself seemed underprepared, as if it was simply thrown on the grill without any seasoning or care. Looked more like veggie Fajitas. So disappointed.

My server was “on it” and my meal was “on point”. I enjoyed all of my dining experience at Norma’s. I had ENCHILADAS that were made just how I like them. Those tasty rascals were partnered up with some refried beans and rice in a union that should have folks vamonos’n over to Norma’s to get themselves a plate of high quality plated food served fresh. fast, and affordably.

Everything was great. The service was on point, the food was cooked just right, and the wait time was hardly nothing. I went at a slow time, closer to 8:30p, but everything went well. Good place to go.

used to love this place but over the last couple years it’s went down in both service and food. Came in with my boyfriend and no one took our order after waiting 15 minutes. A table came in ten minutes after us and was serviced within 5 minutes. They finally bring out our drinks and the horchata had a fly in it. Still tried to give it a chance but after another 5 minutes no one came to get our order and we walked out. The lady follows us and said “no one came to get your order?” and i said “no and there was a fly in the horchata you brought us so i think we are just gonna go” all she said was “okay”.
