As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I have to say its been a while since I got hot fast food. I got the mvp cheese double for five bucks. OMG the food was hot! With only 2 people running everything they were actually fast, the food was hot, the service was good. I worked for rallys and checkers back in the early 90s, actually it was rallys, and this was the kind of service that was the goal. With 6 or 8 people working, and it was rough. My hats off to you. I stopped there about 630 pm on Saturday Feb 28th. They deserve recognition if anyone does.

Between 3:08 and 3:24 I sat at the pick up window tapping the window while ms Parker ignored me and ate frosty after finally getting her attention she came to the window I turned my phone around and showed her the orders she said your going to have to cancel it I looked at her puzzled. She repeated it I said what’s going on? She said we have no staff every body walked out. I let her know I was a manager in the Deerfield area and just asked she call her manager ? She said to me she doesn’t have to explain any thing to me. I said I never said you had to to you seem like you got attitude what’s your name she said ms Parker nonchalantly
The encounter when she came to the window and said you have to cancel the order with know folllow up and her tone seemed hostile
And she definetly was hostile when saying she didn’t have to explain any thing
I sat there for a minute while calling dispatch to remove my order another younger woman came from the back and ask what’s going on to ms Parker she told her version of events
Than Second Lady was loud and disrespect ful not towards me but loud enough to be heard while talking about me to ms Parker.i think there behavior should often be analyzed. They don’t seem like they know how to put emotions to the side while at work and giving attitude when not provoked and disrespecting is never OK ESPECIALLY WHILE AT WORK I hope he takes a look at my message before they cost you guys in the future

They’re horrible with tending to DoorDash drivers. Right now as I’m writing this I’ve been waiting for at least 20 minutes and there’s 2 other cars in the pick up line, but they’re not even serving anyone. This man especially needs to be fired . I do want to thank the young woman who came up to me and actually attempted to help me and was just as frustrated with her coworkers, as well as the assistant manager for doing something and calling corporate you ladies were wonderful and I appreciate you

We tried to go here but were unable to get served. Eight of us stood at the window for over 20 mins and no one would take our order. The employees made eye contact with me multiple times. So it want like they didnt know we were there. There was only one car in the drive thru so it wasn’t like they were busy. We even talked to one of the young lady’s who was taking the trash out and asked if they take orders at the window. Still nothing.

I come there tonight standing outside nobody even acknowledges me. They just sit there with their backs, turned talking doing whatever it is that they do taken care of people in the drive-through when I pulled up there was only one car in the drive-through by the time I was done standing outside three cars have pulled up and come through like come on!!!!! And then he gives me an attitude when I start banging on the window like hello somebody standing out here ready to order I mean, if you don’t like your job, keep it moving, but this location is absolutely the worst so I left went to Wendy’s down the road food was hot and good. Didn’t have to deal with ignorant people so for anybody reading this find a different location, but it’s getting harder to find because of the people they’re hiring. There’s no quality control checkers will be out of business. Mark my words they’re starting to shut down it won’t be long for this location

The garlic parmesan chicken wings are the best in town, hands down out does Wilton Manors Wings and Things for most it’s hard to believe but try them 1st and them come back here and let me know how right I was, trust me on this one this will be the only place you will get them then.

The food wasn’t bad, however I ordered delivery, there was no option to request ketchup with your fries. So I ordered a secret sauce so I would have something to dip. Well they forgot that and sent nothing.

I did a mobile order pick up. I went to this location today and I’m not going to lie, probably the fast service I ever received here. Nikki was so sweet and kind, the food was fresh. Love the service keep up the good work

I’ve come to this place twice and I do not seem to understand why they cannot give quality service and also their walkup drive through it’s never opened or the light on. Both times have gotten our order wrong and attitude from the cashier. The last time I was here all the employees were sitting in the area where guests are supposed to eat under the umbrellas on their phones and chatting and no one inside the building. Then was told system was down and cash was only form of payment.
Then when we open our bag and food the quality of the fries was not what I expected from checkers and the burgers look like tht were trown together and just a mess. The 2 fish sandwich were still somehow cold in the center . Very disappointed.. I also do visit the one on Oakland and and I will say it’s a bit better .
