This store has a serious problem with racism and discrimination. The employee with glasses was openly disrespectful, dismissive, and hostile, and the contrast in how other guests were treated made it clear that bias played a role. The environment felt unsafe and unwelcoming. DO NOT GO HERE.

I walked in told the I had an online order they didn’t know they had an order because the three the recipt in the trash then proceeded to pull the recipt from the trash and put it on the place the prep the food and they didn’t have to steal prepped for my order so I got my order late. I would not recommend this subway id recommend going into the one in Walmart instead

No one wearing hats, aprons or name tags. The girl working gave major attitude along with her chest all over the counter anytime she went to reach for something. The other girl(manager?) grabbed my other sub out of the toaster with her bare hands! The food quality was soggy and most likely old. The bread seems to have shrunk also. I should have just walked out. To expensive to being dealing with all that nonsense! Not going back anytime soon which is a shame cuz I really like subway.

Employees had trouble listening to my sandwich order. Watched them skimp on everyone’s ingredients similar to how chipotle is doing it. Employees didn’t change their gloves for the 20 minutes we stood in line one time. Girl who rang me out was rude.

It was a nice change to the norm of service. They were friendly the kid making my sandwich put the sauce on so that it would stay in the sandwich instead of coming out all over the wrappers. The pretzel was made perfect not all hard and over done like I’ve been getting. Over all it was a very nice visit.

I used the app to order. I paid for bacon and pepperoni too be added but didn’t get any. I understand that the workers are new but if they’re so new that they don’t know what goes the sub/bowl that they are making then they need to go back to training. I will not go back to Subway until I think you’ve trained your employees right. It’s common sense not rocket science.

Went to go and get some delicious sandwiches at 8:48 pm and guess what… closed. No note on the door or anything. Idk about you but when the hours say closes at 10 online and on the stores door I’d at least expect someone to be there till 9:30 ensuring customers can be served. Very disappointing. Not very demure. Not very mindful.

I asked for grilled chicken, I got rotisserie chicken which was soggy and gross. I tired to call and see if they would fix it, nobody answered. I ordered a pretzel with cheese, they didn’t warm up the cheese, it was ice cold. Super frustrating.
