Angel put meat across the sandwich then left about 2 in on one side without anything except meat. When I asked him to put the cheese olives Lettuce and tomatoes on the last two inches of the sandwich and put pickels on he moved everything then put about four times the normal amount of pickels that I had to pick off the sandwich. I will not go back.

They cancelled my online order because they were out of the bread I chose. No call to ask if I’d like something else, no options. They just cancelled my order which I was picking up on my way to work. I stepped inside and was told it was cancelled and that was that. I feel like it was pretty poor customer service. The place is usually busy which is why I ordered ahead so I wouldn’t be late for work. Guess I will have to find a different option in future since I can’t rely on this.

Went to this subway on a Thursday night at 8:30 in the evening. They were out of most of the toppings and several sandwiches. Stated they could not toast a sandwich because the oven had to cook before they could clean it. Had to peace a few sandwiches together using 4 toppings and whatever meat they had left. The worst subway I have ever been to.

I used to love stopping here to pickup a fast meal, but the service has gone downhill over the past year. The new workers are not friendly and they don’t take the time to make your sandwiches right, even when you are the only customer in the store. Still a good bargain for what they offer & it is something different to eat.

Wouldn’t be as bad if the employees didn’t hate their job so much. Especially Crystal. Roles her eyes everytime you add an item and always tries to have an excuse to stay in the back. You’ll always hear her say can you finish that sandwich I need to go start on dishes or make this or prep that. Meanwhile, they are out of bread or out of cookies or spinach. And it’s not that busy of a store. I’ve been in there 3 times and watched her go to the back every single time.
