Good employees and super swift service.
They needed to switch the syrup in a few different soda flavors but otherwise it was a good visit.

I guess whoever management is here don’t care how their employees treat their customers! Everytime we decide to go here for convenience we spend $30-$40 and everytime our food is wrong and the workers talk to you like your the floor they walk in, anyway we have to get out of our vehicle to go inside each time then this time the employee who does the making of the tacos decides to cuss out my husband because he didn’t want to have to remake our food. Well if you did it right the first time you wouldn’t have to and it’s not a special order he just didn’t put half the stuff on the taco that is suppose to come on it . What is wrong with this generation pure laziness and full of disrespect I don’t get it! The cameras need to be pulled and he needs to be suspended or fired one.

I ordered a box meal with gordita, taco and burrito asked for black beans instead of beef. THE KID WITH THE EARRING IN HIS EAR WHICH UNATTRACTIVE. HE DIDNT LISTEN AT ALL. We ordered 2 items and 2 drinks for almost $16. The crunch wrap supreme had no meat in it. The filled cheese burrito could be concealed in one hand. It was awful. This location is literally skimping on food to make a profit. Terrible.

This is the worst taco bell experience I’ve ever had. Possibly the worst restaurant experience. I ordered 2 of The toasted cheddar burrito boxes which came out to be $11.23. 15 minutes when I received my food I was given, I guess their version of a toasted cheddar burrito and two soft tacos. I was sure more came in a box than just two tacos and also my burrito lacked the cheese on the outside. When I brought the food back up to the counter the cashier said they do not have the toasted cheddar burritos boxes anymore, despite having just sold me just that. the manager must not know what a toasted cheddar burrito looks like ,even though it is on the menu and I know to be wrapped in foil not the regular wax paper. when I ask could I just get the 2 toasted cheddar burritos and the cinnamon sticks she said that she would just give my money back. She did and a few minutes later another manager approached us and said that we needed to leave for trying to run a scam and trying to pay with counterfeit bills. I do not even have any bills on me and definitely did not try to pay with any counterfeit bills I paid with a debit I told him to call the police which he wouldI told him to call the police which he would not do. right . I feel like they are running a scam. I will never come back here and I would advise to go down to another exit and find another taco Bell if you are near this one. In the photo below is the soft taco and this taco Bell’s version of The toasted cheddar burrito. I wish I could give it no stars.

Due to whatever recent changes that have occurred at this Taco Bell location, my review has also changed. The crew in this location has zero sense of urgency. It took an absurd amount of time to have our order taken. Also half the lobby turned into what looked like a DMV waiting area. It’s going to take something massive to repair the opinion I’ve formed on this place.
