I went to pick up 2 sandwiches for dinner, when I walked in the place I noticed there were flies everywhere, The employees that were there they looked dirty the girl that made my sandwiches did not have her hair tied back I don’t know what’s going on with the food industry in this world but people are too worried about looking cute instead of worrying about food safety I don’t know maybe these managers need to buckle up and make these girls tie their hair back and wash their hands. I think The health department needs to go around investigating these restaurants. I will not be returning to this Subway and I will tell everyone else about the bad experience I had there.

The employees were kind and engaging, and they seemed to care. I don’t ask for more, really. The food was as expected, except some of the ingredients were not as fresh as I’d hoped. That is a correctable mistake. I remember many decades ago when I was a “Sandwich Artist” at 17 years old, it was fun and I enjoyed my short time. It is what you make of it. Make it great, make it friendly, and make it fresh. BTW, everyone should tip people more when they are able to. Pay it forward truly works! All the best!

I was at the subway on abriendo across from Taco Bell a few days ago and they didn’t want to chop my salad because they said they are not doing that no longer and they’re out of croutons!! I come here (Northern location) and they were happy to chop my salad and accommodate me! I am very picky with my salads and this subway has always accommodated my likes on a salad with a smile and cheerfulness! Whoever owns and manages this location needs more than five stars!! KUDOS to all employees and employers at this location!!

If I could give more stars, I would. I ordered 2 party subs for my baby’s birthday and not only was everything incredibly fresh, the tongs and napkins came included. The staff was incredibly helpful helping us load our order into the car and helping us out as quick as possible. If I ever have another lunch time event I will definitely be back.

Horrible DO NOT ORDER THE MELTS the process is awful, you pay extra for them to throw your sandwich in a bag and it is not even melted just a hot, soupy mess. Yes they offered to make it over and refused my refund but just do your job right the first time. I know they were trained to use the machine but they were rushing and didn’t care. 3 foot longs and almost $30 for food that was not edible. A shame could not even feed my kids what they wanted had to order pizza. My advice take this off the menu until you know how its done PROPERLY. I wont be returning

The people that made our food were great, it was the girl with the blue greasy hair that came ominously from the back to ring us up when I asked to add cookies to our order she gave me this repulsive attitude that made me want to leave immediately she looks like she doesn’t know what sleep or shampoo is and I think this location would be so better off without her it used to be our favorite before she came on now we avoid this store at all costs the one on the Northside between Sam’s club and burger king is so much better we are literally going to drive all the way across town for better service wow yeah its ridiculous I know

Likes to put online and delivery orders aside. Multitasking seems to be too hard for the crew here. Why can’t to go orders be made as they come in and fall inline with other orders? Instead they push it aside and screw the customer and driver. They gained one star due to the few times orders did not take long. That was very few times. Overall incompetent when it comes to delivery.
