I ordered 2 sandwiches through door dash ( I work at the hospital and leaving is not an option) Upon receiving my sandwiches I noticed the up charged items were missing from my sandwiches (Sliced avocado, extra cheese) as well as other veggies selected for sandwiches. I called the restaurant and spoke to the “manager” who was incredibly rude. She very rudely asked me what was missing from the sandwiches and as I proceeded to tell her she rudley interrupted me and stated “Nothing is missing from your sandwiches, and I will not remake your sandwiches!” To which I replied I didn’t ask you to remake them, just simply credit back my money for the up charges I never recieved. The “Manager” stated “it’s lunch time and she doesn’t have time for this” I asked to speak to her manager which she responded “I am the manager” I asked to talk to her boss and she told me to call later and hung up the phone.

If you are so lucky as to see the reviews before you eat here, consider yourself blessed. Wouldn’t feed a dog what they served us. Veggies and bread past due date. Employees talk trash on customers and Lobby loudly and with no hesitation. Although I’ve never seen such a clean Subway, I’ve also never been so disgusted by food put in front of me. I left feeling ripped off and agrivated. I’ve worked at Subway before, and at three different locations. Never have I been so appalled. If you are fortunate enough to read these reviews before visiting the establishment, I would advise you find somewhere with higher standards to feed yourself and your family.

Horrible service from manager. Straight up refused to accept a coupon even though the official subway app accepted the coupon for that same exact location. Would rather never eat another sandwich for the rest of my life, than go to this location ever again.

Couldn’t get lunch today, two adolescents were making the sandwiches and didn’t even have the oven preheated for toasting the bread. A short girl in a hood and a tall white guy with king hair in a beanie had me waiting for 20 minutes and ended up burning my sandwich anyway. I left while I still had time on my lunch break, don’t eat here if young people are making your sandwich.

Had the rudest!! old lady be rude to my teenage sister all bc she wanted a little extra black olives. Her response to my sister was well I will have to charge you extra and put maybe 6 olives on her foot long. HER NAME IS CAROL and I put it in all caps nice and big so she can read it since when she handed over the receipt with her name on it. she tells me here nice and big so she can read it. I will be looking for the managers contact info because no paying customer should be made to feel the way we felt today.

I just went in to order a chicken wrap. At the check out, the lady told me my total was $12’s. Last week I paid $8.00 plus tax. When I asked about the price, she said they went up as of the 1st. I went on subways website and looked at the updated prices for 2023, and found that she lied.. over charged me for a wrap and lied about. Tried to call corporate, no way to talk to a person.

We went in at 7 pm and 07/18 no hi welcome to subway and lady was finishing an order and didn’t say she would be right with us so we stood and waited. This place doesnt even deserve one star. Tried to place a large order for another business in same vicinity. I asked if i could place an order, lady on phone said we dont take orders over the phone, i asked why not, she replied, “Because we dont want to.” “I will contact subway HQ let them know that ” and before i could finish she hung up on me. I can see why the parking lot was empty at almost noon.
