The two girls in there were so friendly and professional. They thanked me for being nice and I couldn’t believe they felt the need to say that. The area must have some pretty mean customers. They were a breath of fresh air wish I got their names. Anyways, thank you ladies! I asked for extra veggies and for once they put extra. Again thank you!

Paid $55 for 3 foot longs and a 6in. Waited 5 mins before we were acknowledged. The lady who made the sandwiches was nice but not the woman working with her. Apparently all the chicken is discontinued except the teriyaki chicken. I feel as if they were in a hurry to end their shift so they didn’t want to bring out any more stuff because they quit taking orders after the person behind me and it was only 3:30pm.

I walked in to order and the lady was visibly upset. She barked at me, “what do you want?” I told her. Then she threw her gloves down and asked me, “what kind of bread?! I told her and she got my order wrong twice. Finally another staff walked over and took my order and apologized. This is the second time I’ve had problems at this particular Subway. Jesus what is it about Marion Arkansas?????

Stopped by here on 2/15/2024 at 1pm on our way home from Mardi Gras. The woman working had an attitude right off the bat for no reason. She rudely informed me that they didn’t have BLT’s. I was confused because she literally had bacon, lettuce and tomatoes right in front of me but she claimed that she had no way to ring me up for one. I wasn’t trying to deal with any nonsense. I just left without ordering anything. We ate at Arby’s next door where they had no issue making our order

This subway is a shame, the employees treat you very badly yesterday I went at 8:30 and the employee didn’t want to help me, why didn’t she have bread and behind her looked at the bread I told her it was there and she said it was already closed I went to the eat McDonald’s and right now I went back and the employees were sitting and on the cell phone they stopped to attend to me with an angry face they didn’t even say welcome or hello they just said they didn’t have hot sandwiches that the machine doesn’t work I had to ask for the cold sandwich They ask me what I want my sandwich with vegetables I tell him as it says on the menu and he tells me they don’t have onions. What courage to those employees should be fired and put to others that if they care about their work yesterday it was my sister my nephew and I lost 30 dollars for the company and today again it is 60 and who knows how many people they do the same to tomorrow I’ll go and record them to see if they do something . -5 star

After waiting for a min for someone to acknowledge us in line, two girls came up to the front and continued to mess with their phones before even greeting the customer ahead of us. They were giggling while one was trying to get the other to look at something on her phone. Phones are quite dirty also, but they then proceeded to fumble around with the sandwich gloves without washing their hands after handling the phone. We just left, customer service in this area is horrible.

I was greeted with a sigh, and when I was helped the lady roller her eyes at me and seemed upset and she was aggressive with how she was handling the food. They were also out of vegetables and had very limited to select from, and didn’t advise until I realized. Overall I suggest avoiding this place and going to the arby’s or sonic right next door, I don’t understand how people work in an environment they wouldn’t taime to be in.
