Clean and the staff are nice. Gentlemen making my sandwich was talking to me and I totally forgot to tell him the cheese I wanted (he put what was supposed to be on there, completely my fault) but he was so kind and said “not a problem at all I can remake it” because it was a toasted sandwich. I just happen to stop in and I’m glad I did because I don’t typically eat at Subway, most I’ve been in to are not the cleanest. This one was and the gentleman working was very friendly. Highly recommend!

I recently got a sandwich at subway, and that experience started out very promising. The worker was nice enough and was able to correctly create my favorite subway sandwich. When I sat down, ready to happily eat my sandwich, I noticed a hair sticking out of it. Thinking it was a fuzzy, I tried to remove it but soon realized it was stuck in between the meat and cheese. Finding a hair in my sandwich was not the reason that I’m writing this review. Instead, I’m writing this review because of how I was treated when I brought the hair to the attention of the only employee working that night (this was at 8:00pm so there were no other customers). I politely informed the worker there was a hair that was in my sandwich and I would like another one. The worker asked for me to show him the hair. Simple enough, I showed him the sandwich and pointed out the hair. He replied “I don’t see it.” I continued to point out the hair for about five minutes until he finally acknowledged it; after doing so, he told me “take it out.” Astonished that that evidence was not enough for him to make me a new sandwich I clarified that he wanted me to pull the hair out to which he replied “well it’s your sandwich.” I picked my way through the sandwich to pull out a piece of hair that wasn’t mine while the worker stared me down. Upon completing that task he said “okay I’ll make you a 6 inch”. My original order was a foot long. Keep in mind that the worker never took accountability for the hairy sandwich nor did they apologize. They also made me feel like a liar through the entire ordeal. I will not eat here again.

The girl with long dark hair and a thick accent is incompetent and possibly illiterate. That would all be fine, if she wasn’t also incredibly rude. She was wearing a shirt with the sandwich name and menu reference # but didn’t make it properly. I asked for it exactly the way they make it on the menu. It was a sweet onion teriyaki steak sandwich. First she added bacon to 3 sandwiches. Bacon is not on the list of standard ingredients. When I advised her that bacon is not part of the sandwich she was extremely rude, and they also left teriyaki sauce off all of the sandwiches… it’s in the name! Felt like a scene out of Idiocracy.

I placed an online order, which I’ve done multiple times. My American club had NONE of the garnishes that I asked for—-only meat, no cheese, not toasted as requested either. So my husband took it back for a sandwich as ordered. (Currently I can’t drive due to R knee surgery). So his toasted sandwich will be cold when he returns, but he insisted on returning it now.

While going to RMNP we were looking for a place to have quick breakfast and we decided to order Subway Salad from Subway. We were greeted by our server and we decided to order Subway Salad for 3 people. We added all the ingredients along with chicken. The server accepted all our requests and gave us the salads in less than 10 minutes which was amazing for us. The only drawback is that they don’t chop the ingredients.

A Subway like many others. Food is good and the same everywhere you go in general. Place is clean. There was only one employee working. He told me the other was late and that was the norm. The good thing about this subway is the outdoor eating space. This make this subway better than the other in town.
