Haven’t been to a Papa Johns in years but thought I’d try again. Pizza was fine. Primarily disappointed they wouldn’t honor a buy one get one free pizza coupon through our military perks program. Apparently they don’t take paper anymore, even though the coupon was print only and was specific to this Papa Johns. Happily sticking with our local pizza place and won’t be back here.

I ordered from this restaurant using Uber Eats delivery. My driver was completely fine, but my order was not. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, and I got pepperoni and chicken. I took a bite into said wrong pizza, and it was doughy. Literally goo. Then, I ordered 4 extra sauces, and didn’t get a single one. Then, they barely even cut my pizza/papadias. I am very disappointed.

Walk in and ordered a cheese pizza. Was told 10-15min wait. So came back after 15min. They told me its in the oven. 5min later i asked if they could give me an estimate on tile and ill just come back again. I was told another 10-15min.

I always order from this particular Papa Johns location, because there delivery guys and gals are super nice, the pizza is always fresh and very delicious! If they are late bringing my order which rarely ever happens, I get an email with a 50% off redeemable code! I will continue to order pizza from this location and I highly recommend!

I love this location. Sometimes I order by calling and sometimes online but I’ve never had an order messed up, it’s always delicious and whoever is at the window is always super nice. I’ve ordered from there probably 15-20 times and never had an issue of any sort.

This was the first and last time that I will go to this Papa John’s. First the parking at this location is almost nonexistent. The young lady at the front was nice and seemed like she wanted to be there and do a good job. When I place my order I asked for extremely light cheese, but when I go my pizza it had more cheese than I asked for. Due to time, I didn’t say anything, I will pick off some of it. The part that is a show stopper was the delivery guy that came back in and was working the line. Nothing wrong with that, that is how it works. The problem was he was wiping his face with his arm as he made pizzas. It is a manner of health codes. Also the carbon monoxide monitor was showing 24-26 the whole time I was there.

I so wish I could give this a good review, but unfortunately after many repeated visits and the service/ outcome of our orders, I have to say I am not satisfied or have high hopes for change. It’s seems to take over 45 mins + for pizza to be delivered no matter the time. Also the outcome of our order had never been expected the extra sauce you order never seems to be in with your order so I always double check. Below I attached a photo of some garlic bread sticks I had ordered along with pizza for pick up. After waiting the 20 mins I arrived to get my order and was told it was going to be another 10 15 mins or so. I could see that they were busy so I was fine with the wait. When my name was called and they showed me my order the pizza looked fine but the breadsticks were plain. I had then politely informed the lady that I had ordered garlic breadsticks, she said ok I will correct that for you! I said thank you and waited. Upon return she shows me my garlic breadsticks and they are the same ones from before but with garlic sauce squirted on them. In shock I politely asked if they could just make me new breadsticks as this was not correct. The lady agreed and said it would be a little wait and I said that’s fine no rush! When she returned they did come out correctly this time and I thanked her. The service was not at par, I know they were busy but that to me so not acceptable, the lady was also not very concerned about how they turned out and did not really seem to apologize. This was by far the worst experience we have had, but I will still support this local business.

Papa John’s has upped their game lately. They’ve done a better job of maintaining deals without sacrificing quality. The equivalent deals from their biggest competitor domino’s are getting served as hot garbage.
