Do better Hendersonville Papa Johns! Pizza was burnt and after driving back to the store for a replacement my stuff crust wasn’t stuffed.

Now that they use door dash instead of hiring drivers their service is terrible.. things always missing and not like the old days when you could call the restaurant and they’d send their driver back out. Now if you don’t get it you just don’t get it. Hate it because we love papa John’s pizza but will have to go back to pizza services who still hire their own drivers instead of thru a third party service .

I so wish I could give this a good review, but unfortunately after many repeated visits and the service/ outcome of our orders, I have to say I am not satisfied or have high hopes for change. It’s seems to take over 45 mins + for pizza to be delivered no matter the time. Also the outcome of our order had never been expected the extra sauce you order never seems to be in with your order so I always double check. Below I attached a photo of some garlic bread sticks I had ordered along with pizza for pick up. After waiting the 20 mins I arrived to get my order and was told it was going to be another 10 15 mins or so. I could see that they were busy so I was fine with the wait. When my name was called and they showed me my order the pizza looked fine but the breadsticks were plain. I had then politely informed the lady that I had ordered garlic breadsticks, she said ok I will correct that for you! I said thank you and waited. Upon return she shows me my garlic breadsticks and they are the same ones from before but with garlic sauce squirted on them. In shock I politely asked if they could just make me new breadsticks as this was not correct. The lady agreed and said it would be a little wait and I said that’s fine no rush! When she returned they did come out correctly this time and I thanked her. The service was not at par, I know they were busy but that to me so not acceptable, the lady was also not very concerned about how they turned out and did not really seem to apologize. This was by far the worst experience we have had, but I will still support this local business.

This was the first and last time that I will go to this Papa John’s. First the parking at this location is almost nonexistent. The young lady at the front was nice and seemed like she wanted to be there and do a good job. When I place my order I asked for extremely light cheese, but when I go my pizza it had more cheese than I asked for. Due to time, I didn’t say anything, I will pick off some of it. The part that is a show stopper was the delivery guy that came back in and was working the line. Nothing wrong with that, that is how it works. The problem was he was wiping his face with his arm as he made pizzas. It is a manner of health codes. Also the carbon monoxide monitor was showing 24-26 the whole time I was there.
PS: the bread sticks were not 100% cook.

I’ve ordered here for years and never had an issue. The app is always accurate and my pizza is always made correct and fast and fresh. I made the mistake of ordering from dominos in Hendersonville (which I will NEVER do again) and didn’t realize how good I had it at papa John’s. And earning papa dough makes it all even better.

Ordered a pizza and experienced poor quality again…. Unbelievable that people can drop and drag your dinner behind their car and expect you to be happy about it…
Never again…. Take your “PAPA POINTS “ and shove ‘em”

This is the closest Papa John’s to my house so I’m basically forced to order from here, but I wish I could never return. These employees will look you dead in the eye and then continue to stack boxes for 5 minutes before helping you. And don’t even bother stopping at the drive-thru. Your pizza will literally be dried out before they serve you. Drive to Goodlettsville instead.

Beware! Delivery will be delivered by DoorDash. Apparently they don’t have delivery drivers anymore? Did not get my food

People here are clueless and they also need hearing aids probably glasses also they get nothing right. I’m not sure if they know their own name from now on I’m going to another pizza place. I thought I was ordering pizza. What I got felt more like a tragic performance complete with cold food, rude service, and a staff more interested in social hour than service. The Papa John’s in Hendersonville served me the culinary equivalent of disappointment in a box. When I pulled up to the window, I was met not with a greeting, but with giggles and side conversations between employees acting like they were at a slumber party, not a place of business. They looked at me like I was interrupting their fun. No apology. No courtesy. Just ice cold pizza to match the vibe. It wasn’t just bad service it was a masterclass in how not to run a restaurant. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. Papa John’s, you owe pizza an apology.

I ordered a pizza and wings for carryout. The order was marked in the Papa Tracker as “Ready” by the store.
When I arrived, the order was not ready. It took ten minutes from the time the order was marked “Ready” until the order was actually ready.
It seems someone at the store is marking orders as “Ready” incorrectly, perhaps as a way to hit company benchmarks.
Then when I received my order, the person got my name wrong. I told her twice what my name is, and she had it wrong in her head. The box label literally had my name on it.
Suffice to say, this place could do with a good manager.
