Walked into a spotless store and was greeted right away by Rob, the new manager, and another friendly employee. Rob was not only incredibly kind but also super helpful—he made sure I was able to add cookie dough and a Caesar salad to my order with no hassle, and everything was ready quickly. You can tell the new management is making a difference! This was by far my best experience at this location. Highly recommend checking it out!

First time coming in to order at this location. Friday night around 7:15 Woman at the register with a reddish colored bun seemed rushy and annoyed as I was trying to decide and ask questions after I’d already mentioned I was going to look at the menu first. Awkward dead silence for minutes. As soon as I make a quick decision she became friendly again. I watched her with the next customer and it was the same reaction. Maybe she’s over worked or had a bad attitude – either way it’s unpleasant.

I had not ordered Papa Murphy’s in a while. It will be my go to!! Toppings were not skimped. Size of pizza definitely superior to other pizza places. I was able to bake to my preference for crust. I walked in and ordered and was expecting a long wait. I was out the door so quickly. The staff was super friendly and made it a great experience.

The two young men working on Tues night 11/11/25 had great customer service! They were very welcoming upon entering and showed southern hospitality. It’s rare these days to see younger folks providing good service, they definitely deserve raises.
They made the pizza very quick too!

My first time. Pizza was great! I had the garlic chicken and it was really good. Pizza cooks in under 20 mins and they provide the pan. Super easy. They have salads, dessert, and drinks too. Also it says you can use your EBT card.

I came in to purchase 3 pizzas 60 dollars worth of pizza. Only had a 100 bill could not make change. Opened drawer had plenty of 20 s was rude and got bothered because I responded to her attitude. Someone may need to have a customer service person speak with her. And maybe a math teacher. Also I guess papa must be making so much money that the can afford to refund that much money. Managers should be able to make change I realize no one wants to work on a Sunday morning but it’s the job you sign up for . I will not be back. The hubby can get his own from now on .
