Easily one of the weirdest subways I’ve been to. Walked in and no acknowledgement, guy put gloves on and I thought he was going to welcome me and ask for my order, no worker just started a mobile order without even a hello I’ll be with you in a little. Stood there for a solid 5 minutes with more awkward silence and just decided to place the order online. Made the order fine I guess just really lacking customer service.

My husband ordered dinner for us. I was working late so I was looking forward to coming home to my sandwich. First there was no white bread…. I had to settle for flatbread. Then I asked for tomatoes, pickles and bacon. It came with lettuce, cucumbers and the bacon on the side because their toaster was broken. Very disappointed. His sandwich was wrong as well.

Most of the employees are great and fast, with one girl being a very good sandwich maker. One night employee did give me a horrible experience and lazily told me they didn’t have anything for a meatball sub…. It’s subway, I’m sure they did and he just didn’t want to work so he lied. He was overweight and obviously the lazy type and almost caused me to never return, but the next visit was great.

The prices here are ridiculously high. The mexicali at another location is 8$ for a footlong but here is 13 dollars!!! 13!!! I was the only customer in there and they still forgot my jalapeños. Not sure why the drastic price increase at this location but I’ll definitely never come back here. I don’t care how great a sandwich is 13$ for one sandwich without chips or drink is Ludacris. At least parking was a breeze due to ZERO customers. Do better subway.

I used to love this place. I went here every single day and the nicest sweetest workers always had good food and good service. I got covid and so I didn’t visit for one week…. Went in for my usual lunch order when I was back at work to find out it had new management. The only reason they even got one star is because I can’t choose 0 stars.. this very quickly became the WORST subway I’ve ever been to!!! The “manager” is an extremely rude horrible person, she barely put any meat on my sandwich at all, she burnt the bread, she was disgusting looking and had no manners. I was a daily customer I work right down the street and usually they gave me a discount for working so close at their post office she refused to give me the discount I usually received every day and I will never go back here because of her… and like I said I was a daily customer. She ruined this store with her disgusting attitude and lack of care for the food and the customers…. Take the drive to ANY OTHER SUBWAY.

I ask for my food in a specific order because I don’t want sauce soaking through the bread in transit. I also ordered the meal deal which come with either 2 Cookies or chips. I got the cookie version and the trainee at the register only gave me 1. I hope she learns quickly so that no one else gets gipped
