I really appreciate this business’s inclusion and hiring mute people (SARCASM). Today, August 3rd, 2026, at 8:10 pm, I went in for a sandwich, and honestly, if I weren’t so hungry, I would have run away. The man there is completely unfriendly when serving customers, and HE DOESN’T SPEAK!!! And no, it’s not just a bad day. HE ALWAYS BEHAVES LIKE THIS. I ordered a sandwich, and he told me that all the vegetables he had were lettuce. I asked if I could get a discount, and he completely ignored me. Dude, if you feel your life is miserable because you work there, that’s not our problem. We’re not going to ask for charity or talk to you; we’re contributing so you can have a job. We’re just looking for a damn sandwich, but people like you ruin any business.

Customer service is outstanding! We ordered online it was ready right on time. I tried their new Miss Vickie’s Baja Chipotle chips and they were amazing. Joe was awesome and made sure I left a happy customer!

I went to Subway and I had to order with Joe , He is very rude, he loves to argue ,his customer service needs lots of work. The food tastes horrible and I will not be back. Thanks for your bad attitude Joe !!! I had a coupon for a large sub for $7.99 and he charged me full price !!!!

Came here after my softball game and Marcos was the man! Marcos was polite and respectful. The store looked extremely clean! Sandwiches were delicious!

Where do I start?. This location probably won’t be here much longer. I Order from here quite regularly, but not after the last two experiences. I have given this location too many chances. First off the staff members obviously don’t want to be there. Don’t value any kind of customer service let alone know how to be personable. Attitude from the moment you enter, until you leave. The person in charge of ordering is obviously non existent as they are always out of multiple items at the same time. Today they were out of Jalapeños, flat bread, and the steak for the Philly. And who knows what else as those were just the items from my order they didn’t have. Lastly if you do decide to eat here, and you want to order online for the deals, make sure you order it in the parking lot and go immediately inside to supervise the preparation of your food or it’s guaranteed to be wrong. The other day had the titan turkey, didn’t arrive in time to supervise and it was a mess. Salad basically. Half didn’t have cheese and 1 slice of turkey. Today ordered 50% extra meat $2.49 and wouldn’t have received it if I wasn’t standing there. And obviously had to change one whole sandwich as they didn’t have the flat bread or steak for the Philly. I’ll drive a bit further from now on, where they care enough to at least read the order and attempt to get it right. No one cares here.

I went to order lunch, but I had to use the restroom first she refused to let me use. The restroom was very rude to me.! And I was walking out. I noticed how dirty it was in there so I’m glad that I didn’t order my lunch from there after all.

I’m not one for bad reviews, but I would not return to this subway. The staff member clearly did not want to be there. Hey, I totally get it, I’ve worked for Subway and it’s not my favorite job, corporate is running it into the ground faster than the meteor that killed the dinosaurs. Slashing hours and pay, not caring about employee needs or customer satisfaction for a long time now. But the ingredients were not fresh, the staff unwelcoming and the general atmosphere was that of a dying restaurant that you see on kitchen nightmares. Would not return.
