Walked in around 5pm . No one in the store that’s your first sign and now I know why. Lady was obscenely rude. Asked if I wanted to change anything before she toast after asking 10 other questions whe. I ordered off the menu. You can tell she gets off on bad service and pestering people doesn’t like her job. I started saying what veggies I wanted and she stopped me saying when I asked if you wanted to change anything that’s what I meant in a rude condescending tone. You will never work anywhere but fast food. You have no self respect or respect for anyone else or there time I walked out didn’t get the sandwich I don’t put up with rudeness from where I’m spending my money period!

Ordered only to find out their system was down, and then it was going to take another hour to get my order filled! I gave up. I keep forgetting how horrible this store is managed. I don’t remember the last time that I didn’t either have to wait a really long time, or didn’t have an issue with my order. Went to Silver Mines instead. Food and service is great, and it was cheaper!

I came into the establishment twice in those two times the young lady don’t know her name white girl brown hair on the hefty side had nothing prepared and said we only have white bread and only turkey and cheese available I didn’t get mad I said I’ll go to a other location. Gave this location a second chance what do I walk into the same girl sitting at a table on her phone eating a sandwich and tells me she on her 45 min break come back SMH management need to do better that all I am saying.

Every time I have came to this subway my food has been great, but this time today march 8th 2021 at 515 pm I had a very bad experience the guy that was working was preoccupied and was not paying attention to what he was doing. He burnt my sandwitch he had it in the oven for about 5 minutes and when he was done putting the toppings on he just rolled my sandwitch up with out cutting it. Needles to say I will not go there again if he is there.

The guy who worked the counter was doing his best, but this place is obviously poorly managed/owned. Ice machine is always broke, one cooler was completely empty and they can’t make basic sandwich customizations.

Located in a small plaza off of the East side of Wadsworth is where you’ll find this shop. Also in this plaza is a pizza place, a Jimmy John’s and Verlo mattresses among other shops. The person who helped me today wore Bold and has pretty blue eyes and a congenital nevus. The food is healthy for the most part and made to order how we all know who are able to get there.

I brought in coupon that I just received two days ago. I had a steak and cheese meal. The coupon was invalid. This has happened twice to me. In the past used your coupons and never had a problem. Why send out coupons that do not work. Will not visit a subway again.
