Fresh ingredients, really friendly service. The only downside is there are too many tables crammed in together. If a third were taken away, it would be much better.

This place is located next to the gas station and they closed restroom for none pay customers. On the restroom door they state they do not want to serve customers of dollar general (who also closes restrooms for public) terrible plaza at all. I would never buy from such business. See it first time in the US

I know the reviews on this location look bad, and honestly that has been my experience with most subways. However, my husband and I came in tonight while Annette was working and had by far the best experience and food we have ever had from a subway restaurant. She took her time making our sandwiches absolutely perfect. They could have been used for a subway commercial. Plus she was so nice! Subway needs more Annette’s, and Annette needs a raise.

I am a local resident and have frequently patronized Subway. Any organization is as good as it’s leadership and that brings me to the unprofessional, rude, biased customer service of this establishment’s general manager. I asked her for her boss’s name and she told me I would have to find that out myself. I hope the owner of the establishment reads customer reviews. Not only is the customer service substandard, the establishment is dirty and lacks appropriate food handling protocol. There seems to be high turnover of employees which is understandable if the GM treats her staff the way she treats her customers.

I was waiting about 40 mins for a subway. There was a female and a male working today. Thursday April 7th around 3 :30 pm. The people didn’t know how to work the cash register for a gift card, really? The female was talking in the back really loud like she didn’t care that everyone can here her. Saying when I start complaining then it’s time for me to quit the job. Saying curse words as well in multiple sentences. Yelling at the male to take the customers orders. If you want to sit on the toilet about half an hour after you eat here, then it’s a plus for you. I guess their way of helping with weight loss. Other than that nobody but the older Mexican lady is happy. The rest just want you to hurry up so they can play on their phone.

I have had great experiences at this location until today. I ordered my meal and was instantly told “NO” you can’t get extra meat. I had to ask why before it was explained to me. But to tell someone “NO” is not the way to go about it. Very unprofessional in my opinion. This guy must be new. Lost my business moving forward.

If you order online, you should expect to at least double whatever wait time their app gives you. If that app says your meal will be ready in twenty minutes, go in forty and expect to wait at least another five. They are usually very short staffed, and they’re often very busy.
