I normally get salads at Subway as a low carb option. I asked for a salad and the man behind the glass replied with “what do you mean a salad”? It means I want a SALAD I don’t know if I was speaking another language or what, but it looked at me like I was asking for a outrageous favor. Now I have seen how salads are prepared, they put the meats on top, he puts them on the bottom. Then he asks for the veggies and just lupms them on top of each other like I’m anyone him. Then came the dressing. I ask for the garlic aioli and proceeds to put extra. I DIDN’T ASK FOR EXTRA!!! Then gave my order to a lady on the register who rung me up for a protein bowl. I never worked for Subway but I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SALAD A PROTEIN BOWL!!! She kept telling me that I ordered a protein bowl and talked to me like as if I’m not intelligent. Let it be known I DO NOT LIKE TO HAVE MY INTELLIGENCE INSULTED!! However I was in a hurry, paid and left. When I got to eat the garlic aioli was so overpowering that it was just uneatable. Please if you find yourself in the area and looking for a place for place for lunch, try every other place.

I wanted to get a sandwich today around 3:00, but when I went I met one of the employees who really surprised me he was wearing an undershirt also he had a big headphone in his head and also when I talked with him he didn’t understand what I said he got my order wrong because he was wearing he’s headphones and also when he went to the register I noticed that he was wearing sandals He was very unprofessional. I will never return back here.

I placed a mobile order for a 6 inch Philly steak sub with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickles, banana peppers and Baja Chipotle dressing. What I got was a wet sandwich that had no cucumbers, or banana peppers and they added mustard instead of the Baja Chipotle dressing. Unfortunately I had to drive back to the restaurant just so they could see what it was that they had served me. The lady at the register looked over my receipt and made me another sandwich and offered me a free bag of chips and her apologies.

I love this place. Every time I order they seem to give me the wrong order( IN MY FAVOR). Just today i ordered a supreme something foot long and received a meatball sub with extra meatballs. I guess i am just a lucky guy! Oh, and thank you Russ, my Door dash guy for bringing my food ASAP!!!

Ordered several times using the app but order always seem to be wrong. Forgot to put guacamole on sandwich one time and today they forgot to put bacon. Of course when you call them it got straight to voice mail.

This location always disappoints! About 6 months ago my mom and I went to this location because it’s so close to our home. They were out of EVERYTHING! Anyways, I decided to give them one more try today. Upon walking in we were greeted by an employee and or manager, he has a ponytail. He walked through the door, and said she is going to take care of yall. Clearly she was new and was super sweet, but he just watched her take forever on our sandwiches instead of helping her, but he sure did help the customers that started coming in after us to get the line down. The whole experience felt like we were being rushed. This location is always short staffed, which I’m sure is why the employees are stressed, but it shouldn’t effect the customers!

Placed an app order for a chicken bacon ranch with provolone cheese and extra ranch but as you can see from the picture attached, there was no bacon, no cheese, barely any ranch, and almost no chicken. I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie but got a macadamia nut cookie that was basically hard as a rock. My husband had also ordered a steak and cheese and the Italian sub both of which had the same issue mine did so it was mostly vegetables and very little meat. Tried to call store but didn’t get through to anyone and was not going to waste the gas to go back but this will be last time we ever use this location.
