Ordered on the app to pick up. All of my pizza was the hot n ready pepperoni, but even after arriving when the app said it still took about 10 minutes for my order to show up on the pizza portal. Besides the wait everything else was great.

Worst pizza I’ve gotten EVER! I’ve worked at Little Caesars before so I know that when the cheese gets burnt like on the pictures, they’ve been on the rack longer than they should be and they taste hard and stale so they’ve been in the hot boxes longer than they should be. Never coming back EVER!

They need to take the hot and ready off of their menu. Every time I have come into this particular establishment they never have anything hot and ready. Every time it is a wait of 15 minutes or more. You don’t get the advertise hot and ready and then never have it.

The pizza portal is a fantastic idea! I love how when you get your pizza that robotic voice speaks to you and says the cutest things! Like how the robot uprising is nigh and how all the humans will be punished for making it warm our pathetic sustenance. For some reason it takes crazy bread very seriously, like how it added the poison to make us all crazy. So adorable!

Been ordering from them every Friday night for 6+ months for my kids as a family tradition and their phone never work they make lame excuses but it comes down to bad service, poor management, there is no real excuse for one of the biggest forms of your business model to be down, out of service or have a lack of attention. Fix your phones and work on better communication with customers as well as attention to the simple details of taking an order.
