I waited 20 minutes for a tuna sandwich & veggie delight salad that looked like it’s been run over. My bread not only wasn’t baked through completely, the oven didn’t toast it. My experience was below sub-par & Subway should be ashamed for allowing one of their restaurants to serve food this bad.

It wasn’t friendly at all! The employees were talking among themselves while I was telling my veggies. The cashier overcharged me with the next customer sandwich, didn’t give me a receipt, I had to ask for it because I thought it was too much what I paid. He gave a refund, and I don’t know if it was right because again didn’t give a receipt, didn’t even apologized for his mistake. I just wanted get out of there!!!

i had shredded chicken on my sandwich, and asked for it not to be toasted. the worker told me it had to be cooked despite it being cooked chicken,and put it in the oven despite what i asked for. it was a stressful visit,and i don’t want to come to this particular subway again.

Y’all be roasting this people as if y’all know what they go through. They don’t really get breaks or any time to sit anywhere. The lines are sometimes ridiculous in the mall compared to a regular restaurant. They try there very best and they make good and tasty sandwiches. And for those who say there sandwiches are sloppy? It’s because you asked for too much this or too much that. It’s common sense, your sandwich is going to be hard to close and look sloppy. Anyways I recommend anyone to come get there food here and be greeted with a smile

There is no reason for anyone to spend twenty minutes in a subway line at the mall. Service was slow and lacked motivation to help customers. I shouldn’t have to tell the cashier what comes in a combo or kids meal according to the menu hanging above their heads. The food was subpar and just unenjoyable. Would have left if I didn’t have a picky kid in tow who wouldn’t eat anything else. I enjoy other subway locations and will go to them as I choose, but the mall location is not in my return list and should be replaced by something better.
