No straws or napkins and a stale donut. Fast food has really gone down hill in recent years. A waste of $6. I gave them 1 more chance 1 week later and ordered an everything bagel toasted, no creme cheese. I got a day old plain bagle warmed up in the microwave, not toasted. Never again. Very bad service and quality.

I had an excellent experience at this Dunkin’ location today. I accidentally submitted a mobile order to the wrong store but showed up here by mistake. Despite the mix-up and the fact that they were extremely busy with a long line the staff went above and beyond to help me.
The manager was especially accommodating, and the entire team was professional, kind, and efficient. They turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a great experience. I truly appreciate their outstanding service and would highly recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for making my day!

The manager was absolutely wonderful. They were out of spider donuts at every Duncan location. I have tried for hours and got through to her and she saved five of them for me. I think that was the nicest thing that she could do. This was a great restaurant. great employee employees wonderful people thank you so much. Keep up the good work.-heather❤️

Whenever I give them a chance they always mess my simple orders up. Always when make me wait and late to things, and I didn’t even get what I paid for. Today it was adding espresso to something that doesn’t have any coffee in it, I got what I got to not have heart palpitations all day but instead i get a bitter coffee drink that made me shakey first sip when I got something non caffeinated. I’m already late to work so I can’t get this fixed. Not work stopping for a quick bite, just going to buy ingredients online and stop even bothering.

Got my order wrong three times in a row. First time was wrong bagel, second and third time were wrong coffee (specialty drink mistaken to regular black coffee. Which they up charged ) Very frustrating that I now have to check all my orders. I pull up to the window and I see all the drinks lined up, workers are not organized so that’s how these mistakes happen. So frustrating.

This is the most horrible Dunkin around. There is none that could be worse than this one. They served me a donut that honestly had mold on it. Another one was as hard as a brick. When I took them to the counter and showed them, they replied, “I’m sorry we cannot do anything”. “We don’t do refunds and it is a hassle anyway”. “Sometimes these things happen”. AVOID AVOID AVOID. thank god it was only 2 and I’m only out a few bucks.

I come here every Wednesday around 4 pm and the service is really good but they always make my order wrong. This is the second time I ordered the meal deal, and the croissant tasted bad and old, I only ate half of it. The coffee also wrong, I ask for wipe cream and caramel drizzle, and they add it as a flavor.

Ordered the $6 deal and everything was great until I bit into my bagel and it was drier than a dessert….. who wants to eat a dry bagel I’m confused! Shouldn’t it have butter smear automatically!!!! Couldn’t even eat it made me sad. I haven’t gotten Dunkin in a while and will continue to stay away

Horrible experience the person who barely speaks English, who continues to hang up the phone they gave me the wrong order. I tried to call customer service the number doesn’t work! Unprofessional I ordered a dozen glaze donuts and not 1 glaze donut in the box it cost too much to not say we don’t have that would you like something else. It’s sad that it doesn’t matter how you treat the customer I’d like to hear from the manager immediately

This is un acceptable. There was not a strand of hair but bunches of hair in my drink. Please have some respect for people. You’re dealing with food/drinks which people take and feed themselves and their families. Please shows some respect. Cover your beards and hair. This is basic etiquette. I went back and returned the drink for which they did give me a refund. They asked me to get a new one. No way I’m having anything from here.
