Took home 2 ice cream sundaes for my son and I and felt like we wanted to be sick. Then we realized it tasted so bad because they used burnt fudge. $14 for ice cream that went straight in the trash. That’s what happens when you let kids run your business.

I did not add a photo because I didn’t take any. Ralph’s is a multi sweet snack place. They have ice cream, a massive selection of ices, sundaes and shakes. If you like Italian ices, this is the place to go. If a group of you want ices and one wants ice cream, go here. The menu changes, I don’t know by season or by choice but it’s interesting.
The citrus flavors are delicious. The non citrus is flavorful and fresh. The other items are good too. Tried a Nutty Buddy the other day, it was amazing.
The employees are always polite and well infotmed. Go and enjoy, bring cash but an ATM is available. Seating is not available so grab some napkins.

My husband went into Ralph’s for the first time tonight, the young lady working was very kind, helpful,fast and definitely hardworking. She was also very helpful with suggesting 2 great flavors that we loved and will for sure be coming back for!

The lines were extremely short and the prices were reasonable. I paid $4 even for a medium Italian ICE that was roughly 12-14 ounces filled to the top without any gaps of unused space. They really made sure you got your money’s worth and at the time of day I went 3-4PM the line was only 1 person long so I was back on the road on my way home under 5Min.

Guess they’re not open. Hours say 2-10 and I arrived just at opening time. Waited 5 minutes and called to make sure I had the right time, no answer. Door locked and lights turned off. Was really looking forward to getting the Peanut Butter Cookie Dough since I’m in town visiting a friend and will be going back home to Florida (originally from NJ). Really disappointed.

The ice creams are good and delicious. It can get a bit expensive because they don’t have real kiddie sizes.
They are also cash only or checks. Why in 2017? At least accept Google Wallet/Send which has NO TRANSACTION fees for any party – it is basically person-2-person cash and supports merchant business transactions. This is what took away a star – the hassle was too much. Please don’t direct to an ATM machine where I pay 10% to withdraw $20 – it just speaks gross laziness/incompetence on part of the store when they don’t support P2P digital cash payments.

Went here at 9:48, looking for some delicious ice cream. Walked up to the door and it’s pitch black inside. I read the hours sign and it says “Tues. 12-10 PM”. I don’t know what time zone this store in but clearly it’s different then mine. I will never come back here again.
