I love Subway because you watch them make your sub and you can get extra this or just a splash of that. You’re in control. And the coupon flyer that comes in the mail, saves you a lot of dinero. What concerns me about this particular store is that there aren’t many workers. During the day there were only two and a long line of customers. Waiting for each customer to tell what they want on their sub takes time. And with only 2 employees to make subs and run the register, it becomes a long wait. One evening I walked in and there’s a young lady working by herself. I felt sorry for her because she not only has to make the subs and ring it up, but has to clean the place up after closing. So I take my 5 stars away from Subway and give them to the hard working employees who always seem under staffed.

I come here for a quick meal. The staff is great ,and I get my sandwich in less than five minutes. I don’t eat here , but take it to go. So far it looks clean every time I go visit.

Very humid store with employees that cant take their airpods out of their eara while working so they can actually hear your order. Had to repeat my veggies a good five times and the dude didnt once think it might be his dumb music in his ear that might be preventing him from hearing me.

Great service, staff was good, food was done correctly of course, and the lobby is spacious! The parking is a little tight but not to bad. Now…one thing I dont like is a nasty restroom because it just takes away from the atmosphere and experience. That restroom needed a lot of attention! Other than that, it was a pretty good.

This is my first visit since the lockdown last year. Very clean and friendly workers. The pepperoni and veggie personal pizza was tasty. With San Antonio College starting to reopen, I hope to be back again soon.

Toasted, but soggy. Dry tuna. As you can see, disgusting to look at. Bread was not baked correctly. The staff moves at the speed of sloth. Maybe don’t get high before/during work? No pride in their jobs.

ALTHOUGH THE MANAGER THIS PARTICULAR DAY TRIED TO FIX THE WRONG WITH MY ORDER – ONLINE DELIVERY – THE INITIAL CONTACT WITH AN EMPLOYEE OVER THE PHONE WAS NOT GOOD. THEY SOUNDED ANNOYED AND BOTHERED. DESPITE THE MANAGER TRYING HIS BEST TO CORRECT THE SITUATION, THIS ISN’T THE FIRST TIME PART OF MY ORDER WAS MISSING AND DOORDASH BLAMED. CAN’T CONTACT THE DRIVER THAT DELIVERED TO THE LOBBY ONCE GONE, CAN’T LEAVE A REVIEW FOR THE PARTICULAR PICK UP DRIVER AND SO NO CONSEQUENCE FOR DOORDASH WHICH SUBWAY CONTINUES TO USE. THEY DON’T LOSE OUT IN $$ CAUSE IT’S BEEN PAID AND BLAME GOES TO DOOR DASH WHICH WAS ALSO ALREADY PAID. THE PROBLEM IS THAT SUBWAY CAN’T OR WON’T REFUND PARTIAL CREDIT EVEN IF ONLINE BUT CAN ONLY PAY IN CASH. THAT DOESN’T SEEM RIGHT TO ME BUT NOT MY RULES. TIP: PICK UP YOUR OWN LUNCH OR CROSS YOUR FINGERS IT WAS DELIVERED CORRECTLY.

Rude employee who rolled his eyes at me multiple times, and when I asked for a little more mustard he stated it was too early in the morning for this (it was 11) and walked away. I’ve never seen such awful service. Will not return. It made me incredibly uncomfortable
