Never do an online order with this store. It’s wrong pretty much every time, and actually takes longer to wait there while they make it than it would be to just walk in and stand in line to order in-store. Definitely never pay extra for anything on your sub, such as extra meat or cheese as they’ll charge you for it but not actually put it on the sub. Also don’t bother trying to call them to ask about an incorrect order as their phone always goes straight to a busy signal.

If I was able to leave a zero star, I would have done that. I have always enjoyed eating Subway. Food and customer service has always been good. I decided to go to Caldwell Subway for lunch today and I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. The ladies who were making the sandwiches did nothing but complain about how many people were coming in. Making comments like, ” Don’t these people have any where better to eat but Subway” Then making comments about how they don’t care if the online orders get done, etc. Not only that, but I ordered a salad and asked for it to be chopped and the response from the lady was, “Does it look like we have time for that” …. how rude is that?!?! Because of how rude they were to me and everyone in there for lunch, I will never step foot in Caldwell Subway again. I have heard nothing but how rude they were there, but decided to give it a try and that was a HUGE mistake. (There was 3 ladies working, all were rude except for the cashier) I feel if people don’t like what they are doing, then they need to find a job elsewhere rather than be rude to paying customers who help keep the doors in order for them to have a job! There is no excuses for what I witnessed today!!! Hopefully something is done about these ladies because how they are treating people is uncalled for!

This location is 20 minutes from my house. Placed an app order, drove to pick it up, drove the 20 minutes back to the house, only to find that the order was almost completely wrong. Not only did one of the sandwiches have the completely wrong ingredients on it, but they toasted the wrong one of the two subs. The one they DID toast seems like they’d already added the veggies and sauces before toasting… The other (a flat bread) sub wasn’t even close to what we’d ordered. Add in all that plus I’d paid extra for the “deluxe” for the extra meat, and there was actually LESS meat on it than I usually see when I just go in and order there… Won’t be doing online ordering with this store ever again… Oh, almost forgot to mention. They seem to take their phone off the hook so you can’t call in and talk to anyone.

Bread was fresh and food was left covered. Which is a good thing. Since the cooler stand doesn’t work if you keep the sneeze guard up all day and dry everything up. The people working there are very friendly and nice to customers. Good food, nice service, and clean atmosphere.

Went in last night to grab a sandwich. Very rude! Did not acknowledge that we entered and were right in front of the guy in the register until my boyfriend said “hello how are you doing today”. He responded not looking up. Never again! Need to be trained for customer service!
